Totally agree, there really is no point of the 1g in protein and things. Why even bother:/i like this formula. i want to try some. I dont know why companies bother with only a gram of BCAA or so when they could just leave it out, and sell a bulk BCAA product.
I love coffee the cheapest and greatest stimulant of all time. IMOYeah, i brew my own coffee out here. i know how to get me some caffiene when i NEED It. I also shotgun a red bull on top of that if things get crazy.
Def the cheapest I'd have to say some of those pre-workouts out there would kick me in the ass moreso than coffee though lolI love coffee the cheapest and greatest stimulant of all time. IMO
Thad def be quite the caffeine rush!I also love me some starbucks pre workout. Espresso son, 2-4 shots, and then some iron pumping. I would do this as needed to get that kick in the pants when im pretty tired.

I do cardio and weights during the same workout. It just gives me a chance to cycle off everything, and just use food. I still take my vitamins and supps. I have jack3d and Modern BCAA, and various fat burner samples from expos. I just usually train in the evening and need to sleep. Anyone tried VASOCHARGE or LIT UP?
How many grams of DAA is in a serving of Lit Up do you know?I doubt it. I have never had issues with DAA.

What do you think about creatine while cutting?I personnaly never tried to over analyze creatine, but I want to try it and see what the difference is. I always liked Hemodraulix. Its a solid product for NO and pumps. It was great pre contest because I was already on enough stims anyway.

There is no reason why you cannot or should not use creatine when cutting. If you're doing anaerobic or resistance training, creatine should be a STAPLE, IMO. I am 110% in agreement with Rosie. If you are worried about bloat or water retention, look at Trinitine by Omega or something that has MCC as the primary creatine in it, that will leave you dry or even Kre-Alkalyn is an option though it is overpriced. Creatine holds water INtracellularly, not extracellularly - so one is nto going to bloat when using creatine anyways. Regardless, how is water weight relevant to fat loss? One can still have some water weight (and you are going to, period, since your body is primarily made up of water) and effectively and successfully lose bodyfat. I still use creatine when preparing for a competition, photoshoots, anything - you should be less concerned about the supplements you're using and more concerned with your NUTRITION AND TRAINING if fat loss is desired, IMO!Well, the only reason being. I am very happy to hear your incredible results! I actually recommend to people to drink 1 scoop of N.O. IGNITE pre-workout. Then 1 scoop of N.O. I feel that Mesomorph is great for the big dose of Beta-alanine, citrulline malate, creatine nitrate, agmatine sulfate and great stim complex, real good for overall performance, pumps and energy but when stacking it with N.O Ignite I react very well to the Theophylline, I find the theo really boosts my endurance and overall energy, the combo together is really awesome.I am curious for a little more detailed feed back if possible?
