Well i just recently finished my pct for my h-drol cycle so my test levels should be fine.
The problem is 4 days after starting pct, i injured my shoulder.
5 days earlier i had gotten my cycle goal of 315 on bench.
Anyway ive lost alot of strength due to not being able to really workout upper body at all for a month.
I'm wondering if the muscle / strength gained on a cycle counts as muscle memory if i lose it during pct?
You think I will be able to get back up there fairly quickly. My shoulder is now almost healed, at end of pct.
