You really don’t want your first cycle to be oral even if it’s Anavar. Anavar can crash your lipids and it will start to shutdown natural testosterone production because of the anabolic feedback...

@gphagan1 has the right idea. I'd go natty anabolics ( they're great ) , injectable L- carnitine, and maybe GH peptides before considering AAS. Before that, optimize the basics for a few years...
