Awesome! I'm back at it at 63 after 10 years away. If I get half your results I'll be thrilled. Did you have to have any skin removed in the chest or stomach?

At age 66, this is the definition of “Built different”. This actually one of the most impressive changes ive ever seen, for any age. Amazing work.

Can I just say that's an amazing transformation, I'm late 20's and I've been grinding away admittedly not very long but long enough to start to give up hope of transforming my body. Was thinking it's too late for me and should have done it younger instead of figure the right workout nutrition combo and keep at it. Thanks for the motivation and hope dude! Care to share how you achieved such an impressive transformation? Cheers

Your in your 20's and you thought it was too late to get in shape........

What? Come on dude, get on the horse and start riding. This journey last until your clock expires. You can be 85 years old and get back in shape

Constructive criticism here for @recompme

Anyone who is having a hard time getting results just needs to buckle down and look at the big picture

I ask my clients this all the time.

MOST ppl brush there teeth every day for weeks, months and years at a time, you go to work on time every day, you pay your bills every time there due. You shower regularly, you watch your favorite shows regularly.

My question for my ppl that are not getting results is how many times have you stuck to your meal plan for weeks or months at a time without screwing up, how many times have you completed all of your workouts for the week without flaking off or missing days, that's where the issue lies for 99.99999% of people

For the next 3 months, follow your meal plan accordingly and don't miss any workouts that are scheduled and there's not a person on this planet who won't see a dramatic change.

Keep your head up and your eye on the prize and good things will happen.

I appreciate and consider all advice. My main problem is nutrition, most of my life I've eaten one meal very late at night that was mostly takeout junk food, think schnitzel with butter and cheese on top and a side of fries and mayo. I literally would only drink cola! I was overweight for my height.

I've lost the weight (marathon running, mistake ikr) and cleaned up my diet but was still only eating once a day.

Started lifting and took the advice on here to start eating regularly 3 solid nutrient dense meals and 1 pea protein shake. This is kinda still a work in progress for me (portion sizes) and until I get this right I think my body will stick to try and convert everything to fat for storage rather than build muscle.

Also had rolled forward shoulders which meant that my chest workouts were ineffective. Deadlifting has helped me sort that one out so hopefully my chest will progress.

Also marathon running tanked my testosterone to the low normal range. Hoping long-term lifting body recomp will sort that out.

All this is just to say I'm not a quitter I'm working on it, it's just alot of little stuff I need to get sorted before I'll see amazing progress like this guys pics.
