Cadaflex is a really good product - they make one for small dogs and large dogs. I've used that for my chihuahuas and in the past for my boxer and border collie before they had passed. -

Those are BP spikes not chronic and those numbers are not high enough to make you feel the way you describe. I think the spike in BP is another symptom of whatever is causing you to feel that way...
