Only 5mg for me, any more than that and I get groggy if I have to get up in the middle of the night with the kids. But it has definitely made a difference on enhancing my deep sleep.

I think it depends how well you respond to Anavar, 25mg for me would not do anything, regardless how I take it. BB’ers have been taking orals sublingual for years, it’s no doubt it works. -
