YOUR Staple supplements for bulking

sup guys

so each and everyone is different. Some are ectos, some are endos, different genetics etc.

Anyway, what are your staple supplements for bulking or what works well for you?
 
DTH, JP8, NOS Ether. All that stuff is what I use to keep me motivated and recovered. Additionally, CLA, and fish oil to keep everything mildly in check. I may sound biased, but I have great success with Get Diesel stuff. I'm going to add Glycobol to it as well, as I'm all for clean bulking. Oh yeah, and lots of food!! I'd use the search button bud, there's a wealth of knowledge on here. I could go on forever, but don't have enough time. Good luck!!

FOOD first and foremost.
Multi-vitamin/mineral supplement
Fish Oil
Protein Powder
Zinc, Magnesium and B6 (ZMA)
Creatine Monohydrate

Everything else is a bonus ;)

ALL DAIRY PRODUCTS (higher the fat the better)
EGGS

ZMA
MUSCLE MILK
CREATINE (SAN V12 Turbo...I have tried many, but I heart this stuff)
Arginine ethyl ester
High dose of Tribulus (Ultimate Nutrition)
 
For ectos food and lots of it...

Endo's should probably not do straight bulks, they have very efficient bodies and will do well if they exercise and eat sensibly. If your hungry eat but make it something nutritious make good choices.
 
Pheraplex, whey protien and lots of whole food have done the best for me when bulking, with the food making the biggest difference. Just my .02:wave2:
 
If I were to bulk the only supps needed would be..

Good multi
GDA's (ex. Chromium Pic/Vanadyl Sulfate)
Digestive enzymes
Whey

If your bulking I don't see the need for supps since you should be eating more than enough food to grow, so I don't see it being necassary to be taking a bunch of supps to get the results your food should be giving you already.
 
I'm doing a clean bulk right now (current supplements are in sig.), and I eat tons from Trader Joe's. Lots of lean chicken, beef, pasta, oats, eggs, milk, dense seeded bread, and fruit. Post work out, I take about 75g of carbs from oats mixed with a Muscle Milk RTD.
