Unfortunately no.

When you do a sweepstakes, you have to actually legally register that in certain states and all products involved need to be disclosed up front. Once the sweepstakes is approved, no changes can be made. We did that all last year.

ooo ok.. but i thought i saw on the usplabs forums somewhere (cant find unfortunately) where the prime counted since wasnt a 'free' item.. just want to clarify/double check
