I broke my right arm about 6 years ago (wow.. time ****ing flies) and because my arm was immobilized for so long I got alot of atrophy in both my right arm and right trap. My arm has come back with a vengeance but I was looking in the mirror the other day and my right trap is still substantially smaller than my left one!! You would think after 6 years of bulks/cuts, adding muscle and hundreds of pounds to my lifts that they would have equalized... I was shocked when I looked in the mirror the other day and found out that was no dice.
Yeah I think so. Focusing on one side gets aggravating very quickly. I'd say drop weight a bit and make sure you're working at a weight where both sides are getting equal work.No injury. I think I favor my right lat when doing back exercises to help lift the weight more. Idk, maybe drop the weight and focus on both squeezing at the same time?

By the way, the way I train is slow and controlled on the negative and explode on the positive.

Gonna throw a question out to you vets. I'm thinking my next cycle will be a cutting stack. I don't know exactly what I'll use yet. Not going to do this cut until all my bloods say I'm good for a new cycle which I assume is in 16+ weeks after PCT.
What does a cutting stack actually do? Just helps you maintain the muscle you have while cutting the fat?
Wouldn't it be more beneficial or optimal in muscle growth if I just did a normal clen/diet/cardio cut for about 10 weeks before I'm eligible to start another cycle and then just run a bulk cycle to get more muscle?
no, i have cut 2 times on anabolics, even clen/cardio/diet you will probably loose some LBM
i have cut cals to 2500 ed doing HEAVY weights, then 40 minutes cardio after so that puts me around 1300 net calories that day- i still build muscle, and burn a ton of fat
i will never-ever-ever cut with out roids again

Man I lift more weight than you and younger, and have not done injects yet (only hdrol), but you are starting to look real swole brother. Cant wait till I get into inject world. Lower pecs looking real good (no homo). Keep pushin, I'll be following.
Edit: BTW love how detailed this log is with the workout summaries and food charts. One of the most complete I have ever seen hope you stay diligent and finish it. Good work bro.
Hey man you hAve any tips you wanna share? I'm 19, 20 in oct and have been looking into Anabolics alot lately. Not being that much older than me I'd be interested in some advise.
