I took 10mg DBol at 9AM with my breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol 5 hours later.

Physical Notes:
Same pump, same great feeling. Nothing different yet.

Mental Notes:
Was very calm and relaxed. Getting more horny towards other women though.

Diet:
Ignore the meal times. These are 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

Week 2 - Thursday 6/24/11 Feedback

Today I took 10mg DBol and 12.5mg aromasin with my breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol, 250mg Test-E and 200mg Deca post-workout. Injected left glute.

Physical Notes:
Feeling bloated after my meals. Ugh, feels nasty. Lifts are going up, looking more jacked and more pumped everyday.

Mental Notes:
Get irritated a little easier now but still mostly happy and hyper.
Nearly lusting for other women now.

Diet:
Ignore the meal times. These are 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

I measure myself every Monday first thing in the morning so, last weigh in I was up 12 pounds. It was 1st week in so I'm thinking most of that is water weight.
 
Great log man, beginning of next week im starting almost the same cycle with 300mg deca / week and tbol instead of dbol!

Strength is going up!

Week 3 - Tuesday 6/28/11 Feedback

I took 10mg DBol at breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol 5 hours later.

Physical Notes:
I felt my lower back hurting after my first 3 warm up sets of bent over rows. I used a belt and still felt a slight pain. Then I remembered that DBol is supposed to give you lower back pumps sometimes!
Rest of my back was awesomely pumped throughout the workout. I think this is what I'll miss most when I'm off cycle lol.

Mental Notes:
Was very calm and relaxed throughout the day. Hyper in the gym.

Diet:

Even though these meals are separated by meal times, it was actually about 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

I broke my right arm about 6 years ago (wow.. time ****ing flies :() and because my arm was immobilized for so long I got alot of atrophy in both my right arm and right trap. My arm has come back with a vengeance but I was looking in the mirror the other day and my right trap is still substantially smaller than my left one!! You would think after 6 years of bulks/cuts, adding muscle and hundreds of pounds to my lifts that they would have equalized... I was shocked when I looked in the mirror the other day and found out that was no dice.

Whatever you do, don't let it continue to go further in the wrong direction.

I noticed a slight imbalance a ways back and just kind of shrugged it off and it's a total pain now in terms of being incredibly obvious. For me, it stems from a pelvic imbalance/misalignment and it turned into my left shoulder being rolled slightly forward, which in turn affects all of my back workouts (and also my presses, because the base underneath me isn't perfectly balanced).

Yeah I think so. Focusing on one side gets aggravating very quickly. I'd say drop weight a bit and make sure you're working at a weight where both sides are getting equal work.

Most people have imbalances to some extent or another, though.

Gonna throw a question out to you vets. I'm thinking my next cycle will be a cutting stack. I don't know exactly what I'll use yet. Not going to do this cut until all my bloods say I'm good for a new cycle which I assume is in 16+ weeks after PCT.

What does a cutting stack actually do? Just helps you maintain the muscle you have while cutting the fat?

Wouldn't it be more beneficial or optimal in muscle growth if I just did a normal clen/diet/cardio cut for about 10 weeks before I'm eligible to start another cycle and then just run a bulk cycle to get more muscle?

no, i have cut 2 times on anabolics, even clen/cardio/diet you will probably loose some LBM

i have cut cals to 2500 ed doing HEAVY weights, then 40 minutes cardio after so that puts me around 1300 net calories that day- i still build muscle, and burn a ton of fat


i will never-ever-ever cut with out roids again

yes, and loose absolutely no muscle- however- everytime i try to cut on anabolics- no matter how hardi cut cals i still put on mass bro

3 wks into my cycle im up 4lbs, but MUCH leaner already(even from last set of pics)

im guessing this cycle i will gain about 8 lbs and loose about 10 lbs of fat

just a guess but very very well could happen

202lbs! Last time I was this heavy It was 12 weeks into my last cycle!!!!! I got 8 weeks left so let's see what I can do :)

Also, found the rest of my DBol! Was so afraid I was going to have to taper down to 10mg a day just so I could finish off my last week. So happy.
