The thing is I'm not feeling like that low so I'm wondering what happened, The Solution said its the effect of a long time low fat diet and for that reason I've revised all my diet, I'm just hoping that this won't affect my cutting...
 
The solution is correct there, if your fats were very low.

It was between 10 and 20 and only epa and dha so I know now it wasn't enough

I was eating too much proteins and cycling carbs, and no fats.

What do you think about the diet I revised now? I went up in fats and lower in proteins and average of 150-170g carbs a day, calculated in my MBR compared with my maintenance and I think I should be fine now..

Thanks a lot for your time, so low test and high E could be related to effects of low fats diet then?

Anyway

Despite all the above it seems that I have no low T side effects apart the hunger but that could be cause I'm a bit stresses regarding this situation and also cause I need a vacation :( it seems also that I keep increasing in strength and since I'm only taking shift dunno whaere this strength is coming from :)

Second day of my new diet was good and I felt relatively good all day, no hunger at all and once arrived in the gym the tiredness I had before totally disappeared :)

Still see the forsk effect especially on the arms and chest

well guys what to say? I won't give up cause of the bloodwork, I'll try to keep going in my cutting and see how the diet will treat me and i will again have my bloodwork in about 1 month.
 
Definitely give the diet adjustments a shot and see if that works for you. Also, didn't you just get back from vacation? lol

I went to Rome for 2 days cause of my missus bday, than I came back to UK :) so not really a vacation..... :P I need peace of mind man, I am stressed and now even more cause I work hard all day in the gym and I've been stick to the diet as always just to know that i messed things up with my cycle last October.....

anyway yes, diet! and see hw it'll go :)

that is a nice COMBO man, I love it! I would like to have one of my cheat meals like this --> a big massive bowl full of oats and c&c select proteins or even snickerdoodle!!! BOOM creamy as hell! delicious!
 
I have a question... based on my bloodwork results and having the T low and E high, I was thinking to start using the Alphamax one week before so instead of doing 4 weeks solo shift, 3 weeks, then start alphamax, what do you think about this?

As stated previously I am thinking to start alphamax one week earlier and wanted to know what you guys think about this.

I'm thinking to do this cause it will help reducing cortisol/estro and raise up T levels

In theory it should work :) I would suggest giving Alphamax and the new diet a go.

I know it's hard to be patient and I know this is troubling you, but perhaps you should consider just trying the diet for now. That way you can help nail down what might be causing the test results that you received. Give it a month and then get tested again and see where you are.

Or you can try Alphamax and see if that helps get you going in the right direction. Have you used any other arimistane products recently?

As long as you've given yourself at least 4 weeks off, there should not be an issue, but I would consider waiting and seeing how the diet works for you.

Btw my strength is up to the roof and I can't explain why based on the fact that my bloodwork was really bad...

Just finished shoulders and I went up with reps and weight so I'm really happy :)

Again, taking just shift now so can't explain if this is coming from it or dunno...

Diet? Fat increase? That could give me some strength too yes...

I feel GREAT every time I have this for breakfast! its like it is renewing me lol :) it must be due to the fats!

diet is going great, 4th day today and I see myself even fuller than before, the scale this morning was saying "-400g" so I don't quite believe that since even yesterday i was loosing weight but hey it could be related to water/stress/dunno anyway I see myself in the mirror better than last week :) and this is telling me, for now, that my diet is working :) I am proud of myself and I think you again guys especially The Solution for putting me on the right track.

I have to say something tho, it seems that since I started the new diet, even if I have my scoop of select before going to sleep, I usually wake up 2/3h later hungry.... I am keeping myself away from the kitchen but what should I do? eat something and then come back to sleep or avoid eating something in the middle of the night?

for example, I went to sleep at 11.30pm and I woke up at 3.30 roughly and I was hungry.... should I add something before sleep? but then calories and macros will be different... anyway I learned that we should tune the diet based on body needs, am I right? so based on this I should add something before sleep to keep the hunger down... maybe some almond butter? fats usually help with hunger...

My 2 cents.
Value your health and do not run it into the ground. better to keep it good instead of putting yourself on therapy (Hormone replacement therapy) or anything along those lines the rest of your life.

"switch gears"? I am using just shift nothing else now, could you please be more precise in terms of what would you do?

of course I would like to do everything I can to improve my health, I am dealing already with my endocrinologist that has already provided me with some useful information...
 
Shift gears = stop cutting it will only make your hormones and blood work worse

Meaning start eating and start gaining

thanks for explaining, I don't think I will stop cutting, probably if needed I can stop my shift but I am waiting for my endocrinologist to tell me what to do, she is obviously aware about all I am doing and about all I did in the past.

I have asked her tbh just yesterday what to do in terms of stop dieting or similar, she told me that this won't make any differences and I just need to be patient and wait or she can prescribe to me something, this is what I would like to avoid, anyway she also looked to my diet and advised to add more saturated fats and red meat that was all.

I am waiting now to have her final examination results and know what would be the best next action.

also she is not even that "worried" about it.... I am lol

Bloodwork doesn't look bad. Test is low but within range so not too much of a concern. If anything you could try DAA to help bump it back up a bit. If you recently came off a cycle and had a questionable PCT, then that could explain the lowish T. Just a slow recovery.

As for the E, I'm not too sure about those results. I would have to do a bit of searching to see what exactly they mean.

October - December 2014 i ran anavar and proviron going from 60mg a day of anavar to 130mg for the last 2 weeks of the cycle.

when I came off the cycle my test was even worse and I was feeling shut down.

I did these tests cause I went to Rome and my endocrinologist is in Rome and she is a really close friend of my family so I did all the tests for free there in Rome so I asked to check everything since in UK it is really difficult to have these tests done.

she is aware about everything I did and everything I am doing.

as i said she was not that concerned, and she offered to prescribe me aromasin to be back on track fast since aromasin its a type I AI so it will increase the T too and IFG-1 as well, also will decrease estrogens since it is a suicidal AI so no even rebound effect in the end of the therapy and it won't affect my cholesterol levels, so for her it is really easy, or add some saturated fats/red meat and wait a loooong time to have my levels back in track.

she prescribed it at 12,5 eod and tune the dose after 1/2 weeks depending on side effects.

that is what she said.

morning all guys

yesterday night I took 1 more pill of shift before going to sleep and I slept like a baby without waking up hungry :)

this morning I had a great surprise on the mirror, despite my high E and low T my body, dunno "how", is reacting really well to shift, I have increased fats and carbs and decreased proteins as you know since Monday (started new diet) and I am leaner and more full, I can see my "4 pack" and looking forward to see my 6 one :P so this is to say that even with more fats and carbs its working like a charm!

in terns of "data" today i'm on 69.1kg and yesterday i was 69.6! is it draining me? lol

I had my breakfast now and looking forward to tonight LEGS DAY!
