X-Gels PRE-w/o ONLY

Anyone use these in this way? I'm a low carber and it's a beeetch to get a pump and feel that mind-muscle connection at times so any assistance is appealing.

*Vasodilators and me don't get along pre-w/o. I get too relaxed. Bizarre but true.
 
From what I understand it is "the only way" to use them. And they are fantastic for what you're looking for out of them. I started at 1 gram for a couple weeks. Upped to 1.5 and that was much better. And now have gone up to 2 grams and the difference is awesome. Arm Day yesterday and my biceps felt like they were going to explode!!

I'm also using about 1.25 scoops of Conquer-DGE PWO with them and that makes them that much sweeter.
 
That's the way I dose it personally.
 
Same here. Went up to 6 caps as well. Will stay at 6 or it gets pricey. I take it with PA and 81mg aspirin, ~45 min PrWO.

You should enjoy! I am also low carb and hardly EVER get a pump. Just started a run with x-gels two weeks ago. I'm running them solo (no carnitine or GMS) at 6 caps pwo only and am loving it. My muscles feel and look fuller. I will run them for 50 workouts (not 50 days). Can't wait to see the results!

Xgels + conqu3r is an amazing stack.
 
Odd phenomenon thus far (only 2 training sessions in)

I don't feel any extra "pump" or "mind-muscle connection I was seeking" but this stuff has made me as strong as a bull. Lol

Taking 6 caps 45 minutes Pre-training.

As others have said, and as you have experienced, 1.5g pre workout is great. Stack with Ergonine.

I do NOT max out so no clue what my max bench "was" or "is".

How I noticed was that I added 20 lbs to my reps weight on bench press and used the same # of reps as usual and it actually felt lighter.

This stuff feels like a mild PH to me.

Keep in mind, I'm a low carber and take a lot of anti-inflammatory supps and healthy oils. I wonder if b/c of these aforementioned reasons, I responded more favorably.

Could one benefit from taking only preworkout 3 times a week only and not on off days? And if so would a higher dose be recommended, say 2g, since ur taking it less than half the week?

If dosing 3x a week only, I would dose 2 grams.

I am really enjoying this stuff pre-w/o and on training days only.

PS: took the aforementioned advice on adding Conqu3r and wow. Crazzzzzy love it.

Low doses have been shown to work in terms of protein synthesis

I'll have to try non working days. I take 6 caps preworkout with conqu3r and it is the bomb digity.

I'm unsure. It doesn't seem to work from an acute perspective (other than pumps) so I'd assume no. I'd stick to 1-1.5g pre workout.

Pretty sure the ArA needs to build up in your system so I doubt once a week would be very good for anything other than pumps. Never heard of someone doing this at least.
 
I've gotten pump off the first day from using ArA. Other than that, i would assume you need to use consistently for any body composition changes. I really don't know how much of a strength increase, if any, you'd get off 1 dose weekly.
 
No one can really say one dose a week will have any benefit or not as it seems none of us have tried (personally don't see the point). ArA needs to be saturated to get full effects and I wouldn't think one day a week dosing would work. One could certainly try this method and let us know what they notice.
 
Are you guys stopping *all* Omega-3 use? I do a 3 day split, hitting the same muscle groups a second time on day 7, for a total of 4 workouts per week. The other 3 days are cardio only, and I dose Omega-3 (2.7g Total DHA/EPA) on those days. Think this is impacting the ArA any?

The fish oil may be displacing the ArA at the membrane level. I've said this a few times, but someone can correct me if I'm mistaken.

I've read that discontinuing omega 3 is beneficial while taking x gels.
 
I haven't discontinued my copious dosing of fish oil or plethora of anti-inflammatory food oils or SUPPS.

I simply take this stuff pre-w/o and that's it and my work outs are sick.

I am not using this for body recomp, just a pre-w/o boost but man, this stuff is the real deal.

Strong as a bull and SWOLE while training.

Loving it. Loving Conqu3r too.

Yeah I'd just stick to 6 as well. Cost:benefit probably isn't there.
