You should enjoy! I am also low carb and hardly EVER get a pump. Just started a run with x-gels two weeks ago. I'm running them solo (no carnitine or GMS) at 6 caps pwo only and am loving it. My muscles feel and look fuller. I will run them for 50 workouts (not 50 days). Can't wait to see the results!

Odd phenomenon thus far (only 2 training sessions in) I don't feel any extra "pump" or "mind-muscle connection I was seeking" but this stuff has made me as strong as a bull. Lol Taking 6 caps 45 minutes Pre-training.
As others have said, and as you have experienced, 1.5g pre workout is great. Stack with Ergonine.Anyone use these in this way? I'm a low carber and it's a beeetch to get a pump and feel that mind-muscle connection at times so any assistance is appealing. *Vasodilators and me don't get along pre-w/o. I get too relaxed. Bizarre but true.

Could one benefit from taking only preworkout 3 times a week only and not on off days? And if so would a higher dose be recommended, say 2g, since ur taking it less than half the week?

The fish oil may be displacing the ArA at the membrane level. I've said this a few times, but someone can correct me if I'm mistaken.Are you guys stopping *all* Omega-3 use? I do a 3 day split, hitting the same muscle groups a second time on day 7, for a total of 4 workouts per week. The other 3 days are cardio only, and I dose Omega-3 (2.7g Total DHA/EPA) on those days. Think this is impacting the ArA any?
