One thing I like about X-dream is it seems you can dose if you wake up and can't get back to sleep.. without any issues in the morning when you do wake up. If I do that with any other sleep meds I'm all screwed up the rest of the day.

Dream:

So im with some people and trying to track down someone who just broke into my house. Im searching for them and then my dream changes and i am driving a van with different people and in a train yard.
I drove this big bus thingy into this train yard and seemingly got stuck and then we were in a forest and unloading some bikes. There was this girl there who was irritating my girlfriend because she was obviously hitting on me. I kept trying to ignore her advances in front of the GF and being mildly interested in a under the radar quick hookup (not likely in real life, lol.) I tried to buy my frineds bike since he had two and for some reason had to ride one bike and hold another beside be through a packed parking lot that led to a forest and i think some kind of event. I was in a small group of 4 or 5 people and we got seperated as i had to bring two bikes. I met up with them at some point and they were trying to decide what to do as there was a mechanical issue. The girl was rubbing my back and telling me to come with her back to the van to drop the other bike off and my gf was none too impressed. I start to head back with her and i wake up.

Recovery

My recovery from last night to today is awesome as i am just barely tender in a few places but a vast improvement from last nights pain.

Misc:

I slept 10 hours, some interuption but short lived, today when people got up i was oblivious to it and opened my eyes for the first time at 1204 and said "oh crap its lunch time to get up. My workouts have been great and i have not been taking a pwo protein shake but rather just eat and not really worry about what or when as long as its a big hearty meal as my appetite has been pretty big.
 
man, i need something that will knock me out for 10 hours. I barely get 6-8 hours of sleep a night, and it's usually a restless one at that.
 
Day 12:

Sleep Quality:

Deep dreamy sleep but less grogginess in the morning.

Dream:

I was at my girlfriends parents house except its a house ive never been too, lol. I was watching movies and falling asleep and then we started to clean up for a party. I was cleaning up the garage/barn external out building and then people by the car load started showing up. At some point it was just a party and the layout of the house changed and it was a three story out building that was quite fancy and nicely finished. I looked at around at a full building and saw only gay men and thought it must be the gay building of this party so i went to the main building (their actual house) and there was dozens of cars coming in and many people on foot. I was then for some reason looking for something and walking away from the house before i woke up.

I had another sweet dream i replayed over and over in my head to try to remember it but its gone.

Recovery

MY recovery is great but i have also had a huge appetite and therefore recovering better. I am not sure if i can attribute these changes to X-dream since i have completely eliminated dairy from my life including my protein. I also have not taken any supps other than X-dreams, nothing.

Misc:

I slept 10 hours again, i wasnt tired so i sayrd up playing a FB app texas holdem. My gf got up and was like are you coming to bed? So i dosed two caps and proptly went to bed. I notice a strong connection to my morning grogginess and how i dont get it as much without dairy. I also might have to assume that the bloating and morning tiredness was from dairy and not X-dreams due to this revelation. I am stubborn to believe the rest of my life will be dairy free and the cosequnces are subtle but worthwhile to the fitness and live your life to the fullest kind of guy i am.
I see many people with the same "issues" from dairy but never seem to bridge the gap and continue to eat fast food, take meds, eat a crap diet and get excuse after excuse from doctors. Oh you have this disease or you have that condition as if they had bad luck and should keep living the life that put them in this position. People seem to think being fat, tired on boatloads of coffee and energy drinks, taking prescrips and having no clue about their body is "normal" and doctors tell you its ok by giving you a condition and a drug to treat the symptoms, then you can perpetuate your mistakes. I dunno but i am thinking i could go to a doctor and he can tell me i have chrons disease or i can cut out the junk, dairy and limit the alcohol and seldomly drink coffee, while eating fresh fruits and veggie everyday... eat whole foods, do a clease, drink water, eat balanced meals, excercise and live my life free of gas, fat, excessive fatigue, disease free, illness free, happy and positive.

This is the answer to ALL of lifes problems that arent already advanced to the point of no return i think you can cure any disease that you have allowed into your body with malnutrition, stress, toxins, poor education and acidic lifestyle and missinformation.

Getting a good nights sleep goes along way to tackle these issues... lol. GoodNight!
 
I can't use too much dairy. My milk of choice is called, Hood Low-Carb Dairy Beverage. It's the only thing that I use now; however, my use of it is very low. I supplement with Calcium/Vitamin-D. I will drink a glass of 2% about 2-3 times a week, but that's it.

I'm glad you're sleeping well, but I'm sorry if you're having an issue with grogginess. Like you said though, it may not be related to X-Dream. Just keep us updated.

I was soooo tired as i got to bed really late and me and my girl had some isses to talk about late at night. I wish right now i had slept more but i feel ready to go and do back in an hour.

Dream:

I cant remember any dreams from last night.

Recovery

I think my recovery is largely dependant on my workouts. Me and punthra havent been doing direct arm work and we hit tris three days ago. Mine are still very sore. It once again could be a calorie issue and yesterday was about half of what i would have liked.

How are you dosing, SWG? Also, you are dimming the lights after your dose, correct?

Hahaha yeah i was like SLEEEP and the gf wanted to share her feelings with me till 5am, it was tough! Once i satiated the angry feminine goddess i was settled into a perfect bundle of happy.

Yeah my dreams are whack, its tough to remember them throughout the day so if i cant update the log asap then its really hard.

Sometimes on X-dreams i sleep until i need to eat, dress, drive and then make it to the gym 10 minutes late for our workouts, lol.

Day 14:

Sleep Quality:

I slept quite soundly for 6 hours then awoke to my roomates banging around, walking on their heels and general noise associated with me not wanting to wake up. I felt alert enough to start my day but unwilling to get up. I slept until 1230 when they came back home and started yelling and playing music. Total sleep somewhere between 10-10.5 hours with a few interruptions.

Dream:

So my first dream starts with me being a mechanic or something in a large shop, i was trying to get a 120 pound hoist on the roof into a fitting as the one up there was broken. At some point a full figured dark skinned lady is in my dream assisting me or something and then were doing it doggy on the large steel work bench. There were some position adjustments and changes as well as a very vivid view of the money shots (i wont get too vulgar). There were some other shop employees interupting so i dragged the bench , with the chick on it, so that the corner blocks the door from opening and resume intercourse. Next step i am the thrid party viewer of my boss and a rival or enemy or something who is there trying to buy the company. The boss refuses to sell and the fat pudgy enemy guy is in this grey/blue suit with a very nice assistant. He makes some comments about holding pieces of stocks for the company and about how he will devalue the company by dumping them for very low prices. Then he's walking away and my boss is distraught and powerless. Then this fat guy goes to the bathroom and is laughing and telling his bewildered assistant to buy 10 million of an oil stock as his move will make him money in oil.

My second dream takes place in a hockey rink. I was a spectator in a hockey game and it turns out i knew one of the teams playing and i all of the sudden had my gear with me and asked if i could play. I suited up and there was some confusion about where my change room was and i eventually found a room and got geared up. There wasnt much time left in the game and i was worried i wouldnt see the ice. I got on the bench but never got on the ice and was pissed off that they told me to suit up but never seen the ice. The worst part was watching the game and watching the guy suck and really wanting to get in there and do some damage. For what ever reason this was a high profile game and there was some media coverage and lots of spectators. I awoke after the game ended and i never saw the ice, boo urns.

Recovery

My tri's are devastated but oddly my back has zero soreness from yesterday... yet.

Misc:

I drank some glucerna lactose free, gluten free, sugar free meal replacement drinks and whatever is in the made me gassy, cramped and have diahreah. ITs sucked big time and it didnt help that i drank one more later as i wanst quite sure that the drinks caused this but obviously it did. I was up late in pain on the crapper with cramping and gas. I slept long and well to compensate for the meal replacement nightmare.
 
Do you have access to Hood's Low Carb Diary Beverage up there? It's good for those with out intolerance; works great for me.

Slept great when people werent making lots of noise, things are really getting near the end of the rope with me here. Slpet from 1am to 630am then awake until 930am and slept till 1pm. Slept great but was very aware of the noises and things going on. Blender, footsteps, showers, laundry, cooking, dogs, talking etc..

Recovery

No soreness and i was helping a guy move all day yesterday!!

Misc:

Me and my girlfriend will be moving out soon, probably gonna give our notice at the end of the month. I have never had female roomates before besides my grandma, who was the best roomie, and i will never again. Instead of having adult converastions its like the head games of a bad realtionship only with no sex. Silent treatment, being ignored and little things seem to be done with the only motive of pissing me off. I fkin hate spoiled little university students who think they know the world but actually cant even have the slightest consideration or simple skills of adult communication.

I am actually in a great mood right now, i slept longer than i would have liked since i was awake for three hours but i feel great!

My sleep quality was good, i feel lately that i am just hitting my REM stride later in my sleep. Once everyone is done making noise and my girlfriend is off to work i sleep the best.

Dream:

I dont remember any dreams from last night, maybe i was too focused on being pissed at someone doing laundry (beside my room) while i was sleeping.

Recovery

I think this aspect of this supp is showing its head now. I was moving a guy for three days in a row and i am not sore. Me and punthra do some hard azz workouts so soreness there is inevitable.

Misc:

Where's the hot chicks lungz, im not half as good at finding women to drool over.

I have been a machine lately accoplishing alot at work. I am not kidding when say that i feel great, work hard and really am being quite produtive. I guess it took me till right now to reflect on the fact that i have gone in early to work, stayed late, done extra tasks and felt great doing it. I think this is something i need to be more aware of: productivity and sense of well being.

Day 16, 17:

Sleep Quality:

My sleep quality has improved as of late, i am now getting up earlier and feeling much less groggy. I am still sleeping 8 some days and 9-10 when possible. I got up today with no alarm clock and started getting things done i needed to do.

Dreamz:

This is the most difficult aspect to track. I assure you i dream seemingly more when on x-dreams. We all dream when we sleep but it seems like either the dreams are more vivid and memorable or that it does in fact increase the REM sleep i have experienced.

Recovery

This is a mixed bag effect for me. I find that i recover faster from everyday fatigue and endurance type of activities. Hypertrophy however seems to not be affected. I am soooore for days after a great workout (somthing i am accustomed too) but i think theres no way to decrease this without diet and stretching. I have had some great workouts lately and the soreness is in now a detriment assuming that i dont interrupt my recovery cycle.

Misc:

I have noticed a decrease in body fat. I am almost always at the same level of bodyfat but it seems lately it has decreased. I have been quite diligent at avoiding dairy as of late and i think i will add some fish oils in since i take 0 supps. I have taken everything under the sun for some spells and latley i just eat food when i am hungry. I have been eating fairly good and try to focus on upping my intake of fresh fruit and vegetables wherever possible.

I tried dosing two caps orally and noticed that it obv doesnt kick as fast but still had no trouble falling asleep. I have never really had an issue with falling asleep but staying alseep is somtimes an issue. The main issue for me is i sleep quite a bit and most people i know dont sleep for 10 hours. Sometimes i think 10 is much too much since i still dont feel as great as i somtimes do with 7-8 hours of sleep. Blah blah lol.

So my sleep quality has improved and lately i have not felt as groggy and havent been sleeping as much. I got up earlier than normal the last two days and have felt very productive and positive. I had 6-7 hours sleep and i wake up ready to go but if i pass the 6-7 hours and stay in bed im there for 10. I have been feeling ready to tackle things and take situations head on.

Dreamz:

My dreams havent been as vivid lately and i find i an waking up to noises (alarm clock, roommates, phone) so maybe the sleep interruption changes the way i wake and distracts me from remembering what i was just dreaming about. I have been dreaming but i only remember little pieces and not really enough to honestly report or for it to be informative or entertaining. I have dreamt about being a cop, having a pimped out truck and being on vacay.
I think i have made up for some lost sleep and now since i am not in a REM deficit my rem cycle may be back to normal, i dunno for sure.

Recovery

I havent really noticed anything concrete in this area but my appetite is strong, im leaner and happy generally.

Misc:

I was quite pissy on the weekend, i was at my girlfriends parents house and was laying some rules out for my son at the dinner table since he is very picky about eating anything healthy and puts on a real performance at the table taking hours to eat and playing and want not. So my girlfriends mom basically totally undermines me saying he has too much food and he doesnt have to eat all of it and tells me not to discuss it infront of him or ill give him an eating disorder. She scoops half of his food, one scoop of chili, into the garbage and tells him if he eats that then he can have a treat. He eats everything i put in front of him, thats our rule, im the dad and hes 7 so he is in no position to dictate what healthy eating looks like. I was sooo pissed that she did that right infront of me and him, making me out to be a chump and teaching my son that he doesnt have to listen to me, right after i just finished saying that he had to eat it all since it was a small protion and it was chili. It wasnt spinach it was chili! I only have him on the weekend since i work nights and he is in school during the day so in my three days with him it sucks when i have to undo or deal with the issues he has learned during the week and start at zero every weekend. I was grumpy already and this really set me off, i was pissed off for a solid two days after that. The other thing is that my gf mom is a social worker and has four kids of her own so as you can imagine she thinks she knows it all and blah blah dont tell me how to raise my son. rant over.

I have played a few cash games of texas holdem at my buddies after work and last night capped my three game winning spree with a royal flush to win all the chips an take home $180 on a $20 buy in. I was hitting everything and i felt like i made all the right choices folding and raising with great timing and lots of luck.

Today at work my car broke down but i think its an easy fix. It was spewing coolant out of my coolant overflow and the coolant was boiling so it could be the water pump, belt, thermostat or something i dunno we'll see. cheers and to all have a great weekend.

We have auto parts stores it's just their prices are jacked up due to living in northern b.c. rather than southern b.c.. Our supplement stores in town are the exact same way as well.

Great, plain and simple.

I dreamt that i was at the gym lifting silly, silly weights. I shouldered the 160's and curled the 100's for high reps. I woke up and i had to take some of the bedding back from my blanket greedy sleeping girlfriend. I actually chuckled at the irony in the middle of the night.

Recovery

I didnt hit the gym in the last few days and i have been feeling pretty full and noticing ive gained solid mass on my shoulders and biceps.

Misc:

Fixed my car today with some used parts, did an oil change and pounded out a dent that i got when the neighbor backed into my car a few months back. My appetite has been stellar and stays that way as long as i dont accidentally or purposely eat dairy.

Awesome last night! slept 10 hours.

Had a few.

First i was in my parents house, not their actual house, by a lake. It was much larger and nicer than their real home and had lots of rooms branching off of rooms and sort of like a live in maze due to the complicated nature of the layout. I was with some chick and another person (forget now) and we were wondering around im not sure why. I end up in this walk in closet with the chick and shes about to ride me. Gets a little sexual here and my dream ends with penetration that was so amazing that it was one of those stop or im going to finish real early moments. I had to just lay there in her or it was over for me before it really got started and we got interrupted by my step dad and i woke up. At the time of my dream i knew who this girl was now i cant remeber who it was, maybe nobody.

In dream two i am a undercover cop staking out a crime infested neighborhood. My partner is a useless whiney shrimp and we neander around trying to lure someone into doing something illegal so we can bust them. It was a short dream cause i was interrupted by someone phoning the house.


Recovery

I havent smashed any weights for a few days so ill likely get back at it tonight. Its double nice when train while on the clock at work.


Misc:

Car runs fine, no probs there. Weekend was good, some interesting moments with the girlfriend but she came around. I had a few social outings with buddies and a good hour and a half football scrimmage with about 12 guys. I have some residual soreness in my obliques, rear delts and lower lats so we'll see how fast i patch up. I feel great this morning and ready to rock out. cheers. :nervous:

Sleep Quality:

The last two nights i have slept less than normal due to having to be out and about approx 4 hours earlier than normal but i have been sleeping great nonetheless, approx 7 hours a night.

Dreamz:

I have definetly been dreaming, some sweet dreams and lately i have had more sexual dreams than normal. I have obviously not been able to recollect them to the extent worth reporting or else i would be filling this space with just that.

I have also noted that i personally seem to dream more in the early morning from say 700-1100. Or i just awake between dreams and so can remember them. I wake up to the alarm clock or to noise in the house other than that i sleep like a rock.

Recovery

Recovery isnt great, when i do a workout i get sooore. But my daily recovery between activites is great. Lately i have not had much urge to daytime nap which used to be a constant in my daily life.

Misc:

smashed a few workouts this week and noticed i am down a few pounds but strength was good regaurdless.

Curled 115 for 9 with solid form, close grip cambered bar tri press 205 for 8.
dumbell military pressed 90lb DB's for 10. Wide grip pulldowns 220 for 8.

Played some football and during a scrimmage i felt fast and agile dancing through the opposition and played some tight Defence.

I will also have followers note i have not used ANY supps aside from x-dreams... No vitamin, no efa, no bcaa, no whey protein. I am lean, strong and healthy with great energy levels. I currently weight 187 with track pants and a beater. adios. :wave2:

I slept from 1am to 8 am and woke up ready to rock n roll. quality sleep and i always want more but once i was up it was on like donkey kong.

Dreamz:

I cant say that i remeber anything from last night and the snooze bar fiasco today prolly played a part in it. The wake, snooze, sleep, wake, snooze makes remembering dreams challenging.

Recovery

I went for a solid hour long bike ride through some very challenging terrain and other than my sitting bones being sore and some hammie tightness i feel great.

Misc:

I saw a naturopath (sp?) today and did an ion cleanse as well as found out i am bloodtype O. I am going to try "eating for my bloodtype". She said i am very low on protein and my blood indicated this. This would explain my slow recovery from workouts and residual soreness. The solution is for me to eat more fish and i will shop so i can eat foods that i can digest as i have been battling with digestive problems for years. I also seen an orthopedic surgeon on friday and confirmed that i have fused bones in my ankles, both of them. The ortho said it is a "developmental disability" and the naturopath said it was likely casued by the very poor nutrition during the time the pain started approx 13-14 years old. My fusion is so bad it cannot be remedied by surgery but i can undergo a procedure to attempt to potentially alleviate the pain. The best case scenario is less to no pain, worst case scenario is amputation or much worse pain. I will not pursuing surgery as an option. The naturopath has some treatments we can pursue to potentially heal my problem so i will educate my self further on this subject before i comment too much.

I am in the process of buying a home, becoming a professional money manager, starting a footballs season and completely changing my diet to suit my digestive system and bloodtype. Id say wish me luck but great people make their own luck! Funny thing is my doctor said i have asthma, allergies, bad feet, chrons disease, eczema, cysts, high blood pressure, poor cholesterol and had a whole lot of drugs and no solutions. The naturopath said i am toxic and acidic and heres how i can eat and live to ELIMINATE all of those problems. I will have a story to bewilder and amaze the frustrated sick and hopefully do much good in my time on earth! hope everyone has a great week and pursues truth and happiness.

All issues but the sporratic digestive issue and random dandruff are resolved.

I avoid certain foods, i stopped drinking pop, stop using rec drugs and chewing tobbacco as well as increased my raw fruit and veggie intake. I will have any viewers note that ALL of these issues began after my last PH cycle a few years back and have slowly been remedied by healthy lifestyle. I will never advocate for my friends or family to use hormones. I did 6 or so PH cycles in two-three years and have never in my life had ANY health probs, allergies and have always been very strong, athletic healty and happy. There may be many other factors at play in my health history but what matters is is that i do not contribute to the negatives by volunteering myself for potential issues.

Once again i awoke from a wocked dream replaying it over and over in my head telling myself to remember it but i cannot. I say to any try to remember your dreams from the night before, its tough!

Recovery

I have no soreness at this time. I have started a new digestive enzyme that is specific to my needs and as a result i think my issues with DOMS shall subside. I dont think it is fair to say that x-dreams hasnt affected this area but with my low blood protein levels it would make sense that i dont recover very fast.

Misc:

I have to say that my life has entered into a new area, switching gears and moving ahead. I have been positive, finding ways to "get ahead" and am currently doing some training to eventually start my own buisness. I have a great relationship with my girlfriend and spend much of my day relaxing and reflecting during still moments. I am productive and happy and nothing can stop me. I think being rested is a huge part of this. I owe much of my current state to x-dreams and hope to continue on this path without it. If things go sour i willl likely run another bottle to ensure i am rested. I will detoxify my body start eating for my bloodtype and likely kick my life into high gear out of medicroty. I wish to so much good inmy world and in the world around me and with myself taken care of i will be in a position to touch many.

So i dreamt that i was on a beach and my littlest brother was there drunk and on a rampage and i was trying to calm him down. He was yelling and hitting things and he wasnt calming down and no matter what i did he couldnt control himself. In the dream i was quite sure he would be arrested and didnt seem to care. This dream morphed when all of the sudden his ex was there and she was of course the source of his rage. I told her to beat it and then had to pretty much physically restrain her and remove her. Then my dream changes again and i go from wanting to beat the life out of her (cause in real life i cant stand her) to her trying to get me to sleep with her (which she tried already) and then i awake.

Recovery

I have been feeling great since i got some good enzymes and can eat food that normally would kill my guts. recovery has seemingly improved and so has appetite.

Misc:

So the dream was from yesterday and last night my brother took my mom and her husbands dodge durango and was supposed to be back in an hour but called 4 hours later pissed drunk and had just crashed it. There is damage to the bumper, grill, rims, fenders, hood, passenger door and he ripped off some of the skid plate and frame metal driving over a fire hydrant. This is odd since i just had a dream about his temper and him drinking and getting into trouble that i could not stop. He broke his fibula and shattered his ankle four weeks ago and it is on his driving leg. So aside from walking on his cast, getting in a car accident, wrecking a vehicle while drunk with no liscence and lying about it hes pretty much a loose cannon and quite self destructive. Its suprisingly difficult to be around my family as they all seem focused on misery and live one moment to the next and then when something happens they NEVER see it coming. Its very emotionally draining. Both my grandparents are dying at young ages (mid 60's) and they just go about living their lives independant of the advice and criticism they get about how to change. My mom should have never given my bro the keys and now she doesnt have a way to work, potentiall no insurance and 1.5 years of payments left. My bro may lose his claim since he is walking on a leg that he is supposed to be off of for 3 months and its been 4 weeks, lol.

SOOOOOOOOOO.... the reality is those things have nothing to do with my log... but they have ALOT to do with my life, sleep wellbeing and attitude.\\
So then it does affect my log and i am one of those chaps who talks about how i feel and it makes me feel better no homo, jk.

I have put aside 4 caps for punthra so i have one night left on x dreams!!

I think it is very challenging to be objective about supps that are of this nature esp since i am not an insomniac to begin with. But i will do my best and i think youll like what i have to report.
 
So i have a few nights without x-dreams to offer sort of a basis for caomparison and i will be throwing up my final review today.

Im just using the net at work so hopefully i get it done soon!! It was a good run and i am glad to have logged something that does what it says it does.
