That's f ing awesome man! Wish I knew about this before I ordered some protein 2 days ago. Still 5$ a pound is pretty good. What kind of protein is that?

I had abandoned Deads to like once or twice a month for a while, but am going to get back to once per week. Alternating between volume dead sessions and heavy.

By that pic I saw today, you're not far off really. Good separation and detail in your arms and rear delts/lats.

Nice volume on those dead lifts. Yeah some days I just can't make front squats work for me. I just can't get the feel or groove and it frustrates me to no end when that happens.

No I haven't started with the pics yet, I am getting leaner slowly and hope that I can get to 10% and stay at 220, we'll see. I plan on being ripped on my 58th b'day and have a friend come in and do some really nice pics. My whole strategy this year is about getting close to contest type shape without going to a contest and then maintaining that more or less. I should have some sort of log up soon. I am currently doing a run of some 1-andro, MID andro and pbold and will cycle that into Cardarine and Rad with some Epi-andro. This should take me into mid may where I hope to be down to around 10%. The pic he was talking about is the wod pic on facebook I think.
 
Fukking crushed Arms and Abs this morning. 2 cups coffee, 2 scoops Mesomorph, 6 caps Hydro3, 200 carbs before bed last night just for the occasion, and 100mg of Benadryl to ensure good sleep. My plan worked freaking beautifully.

I want to also tell you guys that I will be closing this log early next week and moving back to my training log. Reason being is that I am adding in Epistane next week and can no longer claim results to be solely from the Lean. BUT, I have another bottle of Lean that I will be running at 4 caps per day for 2 more weeks while the Epi starts to kick in. So for all interested in following the cycle and continued progress I will throw a link up in here.

Alright guys, as I said I'm gonna wrap this baby up. Epistane starts tomorrow, along with the last few weeks of Lean. My gains greed is just ready to crank it up a bit.

So over the course of 1.5 bottles of Lean at 3 caps (4.5 weeks) the changes were pretty apparent.

At roughly a 500 calorie deficit most days I maintained strength, perhaps gained a bit. I stayed full looking. And certainly preserved all my muscle mass. While also doing 30+ minutes of various cardio and HIIT.

Dropped from 213 to 201, and close to a couple BF% points.

Vascularity was increased, which also comes with lowered BF, but there is a difference when you have that hardened vascularity rather than just losing weight.

I'm not going to give the product ratings on a scale. Do I think it's effective? Yes. Do I think it's a good value? Yes

I experienced absolutely ZERO sides. I already have sleep issues, so this didn't make them worse or better. No stomach issues, no joint issues, no BP issues, nothing negative to note.

I mean that's all I got. I'll try and post a good side by side of start and finish pics. Was a fun log, love doing this with you guys. So come get in my training log if you're not already. The madness will continue throughout the Summer. I'll get boring again around September LOL
