Alright guys, as I said I'm gonna wrap this baby up. Epistane starts tomorrow, along with the last few weeks of Lean. My gains greed is just ready to crank it up a bit.
So over the course of 1.5 bottles of Lean at 3 caps (4.5 weeks) the changes were pretty apparent.
At roughly a 500 calorie deficit most days I maintained strength, perhaps gained a bit. I stayed full looking. And certainly preserved all my muscle mass. While also doing 30+ minutes of various cardio and HIIT.
Dropped from 213 to 201, and close to a couple BF% points.
Vascularity was increased, which also comes with lowered BF, but there is a difference when you have that hardened vascularity rather than just losing weight.
I'm not going to give the product ratings on a scale. Do I think it's effective? Yes. Do I think it's a good value? Yes
I experienced absolutely ZERO sides. I already have sleep issues, so this didn't make them worse or better. No stomach issues, no joint issues, no BP issues, nothing negative to note.
