So, watched Fast Times at Ridgemont High last night. Pretty decent flick!

Am about to head out and hit chest and tri's. Might go for a run as well. Im hoping to get a Staff Sergeant position at the Officer's Training Corps where i live but that means i need to be able to run a mile and a half in under 9 mins. Totally not looking forward to traing for that. :sad3:

Anyone got any tips?

BTW, this is not clean thread material! WTF does running and the military have to do with AP, JO, p-prips, natty ices, vikes, etc? You should get some neg reps for desecrating the clean thread like this.

Yeah, p-rips are allowed. I don't think the mods have a problem with smoking in the forums. APparently, racialism gets you banned fairly quickly.

They say it's an old school alligator/crocodile hybrid or something...effing humongous. They feed it frozen rabbits I think.

A teammate of mine has this Eyetalian Mastiff. It's about a year old or a bit less and already weighs like 140lbs.

He said once it reaches 3 years old (21 human years), it'll be ready to start something strong like The One or something like that. Pulsed of course.
 
Gotta pulse something like The One. If you ran it straight your muscles would grow so fast you'd have ridiculous stretch marks. :lol:

When my dog turned 3, I thought it was a good time to share a beer with her. She just looked at it, didn't want anything to do with it. :dunno: Oh well, more BI for Dub! :cheers:
 
Yeah you don't want ugly stretch marks from gaining 20lbs of pure muscle in 2 weeks. It's better pulsed.

I'm sore as all hell from doing deadlifts last night. Hadn't done em in forever. I think my form might be a little sh1tty though. Didn't use my belt either.

Are there any MuscleTech products I can take in the $49 - $70 range that will help with my recovery? :lol:
 
Haha so yesterday I had a game. We're playing a bad team and my first 2 atbats I hit two bombs. My 3rd atbat I fuked up and hit a shallow fly to RC. These 2 chicks sitting on the other teams bench said "the roids didn't help you on that one" lol.

Thought it was funny. They were just having fun since they were on the losing side. We won 34-14. I'm a bit smaller than when I was on cycle. Glad to hear people say I'm still hyooooge!

That last Cortisone shot worked wonders......got in there real deep with the Horse needle..........tested it pretty good the last few days.....so far so good......Not going crazy with the weight yet.......gonna slowly move up.....

It's official "clock watching time" over here. Got my buddy from back home in town tonight, gonna hit the bar for the All Star Game after work. Pitcher of Shock Top (Will, you'd like that, it's like Blue Moon) pitcher of Stone IPA and I'll be ready to take my nightly p-rips.


Ohhhhh, forgot to mention, got some big congrats at the office today for something I did. They even busted out 2 bottles of champagne! One sh1tty bottle to drink in the office with everyone, one nice bottle to bring home to the wife! :friday:

Sup Ugandans! Just got back from SFW! ****ty session. I did manage to smash 315x10 on BP. But, my stamina sucked today. Also, the right 'bow was killin me after the one heavy BP set. It hurt so bad I couldn't even do another set or even work tris. Guess I need to up the cissus.

For some reason I'm losing weight also. Only 246 and my pants are hanging offa me and sh!t. Getting some good ab def tho. This tren just sucks the fat right offa you.

Yeah doogs. I've already filled out my visa forms and sh!t for the move. I'll be there in 30-40 days. It'll be just like being a bachelor for a while. Lookin forward to it!

Damn willp! No SFW since April!?!?! I couldn't do that.

Dude blue moon is the ****! I just found out what Im gonna have to pay my ex-wife in child support now after getting the divorce papers changed... I gotta pay her 8 bucks a month...ROFL. Jesus shes pissed, I thought id be alot more then that myself.. I pay about 130 every 2 weeks for insurance on her.. Then I get my daughter every tuesday and thursday and every other weekend and major holiday.. Which is like one day less a week then she gets her... Good stuff.
