I'm not suggesting an injectable run either man... You've already used epi and m-drol... and I think some others... None of these new designers with one bottle PCTs

laugh2:, seriously WTF), are going to outperform Superdrol...
I still think you're doing well as is, but if you're going to have cheat meals and stuff - you should be training hard and at a calorie surplus. Cheat meals a couple times a week aren't really cheat meals - you're just ruining a diet. Sometimes they are beneficial after 3 or 4 weeks to trick your metabolism into thinking the diet is over - but any more frequent than that - and you're just sabotaging. No one is going to talk you out of running junk, but just don't waste your time with another "steroid diet"... You're honestly past that.
And dude, don't get this twisted thinking this is a Buster situation. I don't like Buster - on the other hand - I like you, and from what I remember I introduced you to the rest of these knuckle heads back in the day... I'm trying (others as well) to discourage you from developing into an oral steroid junkie. As you stated above, you're not really all about trying to control everything that goes into your body - which I think is completely fine. But until (and if) you are ready to control everything, you should not even consider an injectable cycle.
This sh*t is not candy. Wanting to try everything to see how it works is not a valid arguement. Which reminds me of how much I like bulk candy stores... (interesting segue :lol
I agree, if you can't eat don't run another cycle. A waste IMO. You can pretty much do whatever you want; that includes eating. Don't give me that BS.
I pretty much converted my whole family to the way I eat. It was hard but well worth it. I have a 13 year old stepson who gained 20 lbs while I was gone and I'm on a mission to help him lose weight and be at a healthy point. He is sitting at about 40% bf and 204 lbs. No portion control and hates sticking to certain foods.
Depends how much you want it bro...honestly. Most of us aren't on here to compete (Me, AZ, TL, GMG-well...maybe G :lol

. After sticking to a certain "way of eating" there are a bunch of things that won't even interest you. Once you learn how to eat, when to eat and how your body reacts it is time for a cycle. There are no shortcuts in this world. You want "muscle" then gain it the right way.
Look at AZ at 50 doing things alot of people wouldn't think. You still have 13-15 years and you can reach any goal within that time frame.
I always tell people I train that you need to make realistic goals. I give them some choices....how do you want to see yourself in 3-6 months and then how do you want to see yourself in a year. Write down your goals to make everything mean more, track your food, track your workouts. Seriously you can do all of this in minutes. I know you have that much time.
As for the food situation, tell your wife how some of the refined food is bad for you. Tell her how other foods help digestion. Give her the big picture. You problaby think she would get offended if you told her not to make something or season too much but if she knows how bad it is she will change her ways. I'm puerto rican and whenever I went home my mom made me the bomb dishes. After a while I gave her alittle lecture....she was alittle hurt but it went a long way to helping my family become healthy again.
My dad was close to having a heart attack with SUPER high blood pressure. He has 2 dislocated shoulders and a whole bunch of other injuries that prevent him from lifting weights, running and even doing a pushup. Showing them how to eat better helped him lose a good amount of BF and lose 40 lbs in a year. He is much better now.
My mom was gaining weight quick and it was affecting her breathing. She is asthmatic and it affects everything from a short jog to walking up the stairs. A year later...she is 20 lbs lighter, 4 dress sizes down and goes to the gym regularly.
My sister lost 84 lbs in the past year with a good eating protocol and walking and running.
You problaby think you need to be a dietician to lecture these people but you have so many resources on this board to help you learn about diet. Me, TL and the other guys have laid out what you need to do. You know how much better brown rice is compared to white rice. You know about high fructose corn syrup. You know about processed crap, refined crap. You can enjoy mexican dishes and other dishes by substituting easy crap. Whole wheat wraps, fat free beans, low fat/fat free cheese. Please bro don't make excuses.
You've made good progress bro so far and everything is falling together. Just last night I was telling my wife about your sucess story, going through your logs and telling her about all the good people I have met on here. We are fam as corny as that sounds.
Those DS/PH's are tempting bro you don't have to tell me. I've got 5 diff types sitting in my stash. The One will be a good choice to run, but everything has to be in place. These things aren't magic pills. You want to be able to keep all of your gains, not deflate and inflate as G said. You DEF don't want to rely on this stuff...could end up hurting you in the long run. I was assistant to the head doctor at a TRT clinic when I was doing my internship during pharmacy school and saw tons of people who used and abused AAS. PH's and DS could be more toxic than AAS in the future. There just isn't any evidence of 20+ years after the fact.
The chemisty compositions are alike, but the modifications done to a nonclementure can affect how a hormone is absorbed, processed, excreted. Food for thought bro.
