Will the real Slim Silver please stand up? (Lean Fuel Extreme Sponsored Log)

What he said^^^

You look like things are tightening up Silver. The mirror is the important reflection of progress. The scale doesn't tell you that you added a pound of muscle or a pound of fat.

It is a slow and painful process that doesn't pay off very quickly.

Lookin leaner bro! Bravo! :clap2:

My day just got much better. The judge is going to allow me to continue probation since I completed defensive driving for my second citation. Now I just have to watch myself and get the lead out of my foot.

Thx for the comment guys. I showed the pics to a female friend and she says I look like I have lost some mass in my shoulders and lats and need that I look better in the before pics. That hurt.

I'm not going to say I agree with her. I think your skin was darker before, which helps definition...

That said, I've been saying all along that next time you run something, it should not be on a caloric defecit...

My next cycle I will beat eating massive amounts of healthy foods in an attempt to get huge. I have seen some logs where The One has done a good job cutting people up so hopefully it will work for me.

I personally would not recommend TO to you

Still the wrong way to think about it... You aren't going to get "cut" your next cycle. You'll get bigger... add muscle... and this will help you lose fat faster following the cycle. Eat big the whole way though man.

I personally would not recommend TO to you

I think he already bought it... What the deal Met?

I didnt like TO..seems most of my gains were either fat or glycogen/water...same with most people. I did not see any person here on AM put 10lbs of real muscle in their whole 30 days cycle. I just think their is much better things out there.

I trust your opinion.

I haven't used it of course. I also think that far too many people on the board just try to run everything - just to run everything... when it makes far more sense to stick with what works.

I REALLY don't see the appeal of being the first person to run a new designer... Sounds like donating your body to science.

I agree and it is a mistake that I will never make a again.

Werd. That is why IMO skip all these PH/PS's and just do the real thing. You are donating your body to science, with most of them. We don't know the long term effects of these things.

I'd rather do test only cycles, and never touch another designer, again.

That wasn't meant to lecture you dude... Just a thought.
haha I know..I was agreeing with you. I feel stupid for doing TO. And it was learning experience for me.

I agree :D

TO is just a DHT deriv. Intensity in the gym with it is what brings gains...that and diet. Clementure doesn't show it being able to "add" muscle like other substances.

I have seen some logs of The One with pretty good gains. I have it and want to find out for myself if it is all hype or if there are gains to be had. I am looking forward to putting some size rather than trying to lose weight for a change. I know I still need to lose more of the belly, but that part is so much less fun than getting huge and I know I will never be an underwear model. LOL

Why is that? I already have it sitting around. I figure if it sux I will throw in some M-Drol I have laying around. hehe

Ok, in regard to your previous statement about the size difference...

1. You skin tone is different, that will make you look different.
2. You were coming off steroids in the before pictures.
3. Your diet honestly isn't what it should be to keep your body looking like you are on roids when you aren't on roids. IE: you're gonna deflate a bit unless you do something pro-active about keeping your gains.
4. You look leaner in the after pic. Not necessarily bigger, but definitely leaner.
5. You can choose two routes to go from here: Add more muscle by eating more... but your weight loss/cutting goals will probably go out the window. Or you can continue to cut the fat and probably lose more muscle.

If you choose to add more muscle, you will eventually get leaner. It will be a slow process, but like timber said, more muscle= more fat being burnt... eventually. I suggest this. Eat, and eat to grow. But do your cardio and eat clean, ONE cheat meal a week, IF you have to.

On another subject, the way you speak about The One and Mdrol seems like you're starting to make supplements a crutch. I'd really like to see a Silver Diet Log and you stick to it for a month. That would be stellar. Running a DS without making serious changes to your current program is just going to wind you up where you started, blowing up for 4-6 weeks and deflating again. I also seriously hope you let your back heal before you attempt another cycle.

Not trying to be a rock in your shoe, but I hope you take it to heart.

Also... if you're trying TO just to see "if its legit" or whatever... That's an awful way to go about it... You're getting some feedback from good dudes saying its crap... I'd say sell it and chalk it off as an "oopsie"...

It is not about seeing if it is legit. I actually trust Russian, CraigMatthews and some of the other guys that have run it successfully. I also think AppNut puts out some pretty good products. If I made the wrong choice then if nothing else I work out hard and don't gain as much as I would like.

I totally see where you are coming from and respect your thoughts. I don't think I have the lifestyle or the desire to have the lifestyle where I control every bit of food that I intake. However, I have learned alot and changed enough that I feel in time, with continued excercise/cardio that I will end up with a flat belly like I want and all around more muscular.

I want to add more muscle because I like being a larger guy and I know increased muscle will aide in the fat loss in the long run. I am still tracking pretty well for this run and although I won't be at 10% yet I am working toward that direction....abeit slowly.

As for using DS/PH as a crutch, that might be true. Having come from where I was I am looking for anyway to short cut the muscle gains and fat loses. I know what I did wrong in the past so now I am determined to keep the gains I achieve.

As for my overall health, my back is doing much better with the added rest and renewed focus on my core. I have been doing much more ab work, stretching and cardio the last couple of weeks and plan to continue that for a while.

Dude, you're a walking contradiction. I think I have a pretty good grasp of the English language.

Also, I'm pretty sure you bought it before anyone had a 'successful' log. Hate to be the Devil's advocate here.

OMGzzzzzzzz now I knowz howz da bustazzzzz fElz.

Yes I bought it with the pre-order based on AppNuts reputation for good products and some of the pre-release feedback from their testers. I am a sucker for sales it appears. :sigh1:

Unfortunately, I don't want to go into an injectable cycle without some real guidance. I mean getting gear from someone I trust along with someone showing me exactly how to do each process without fukkin myself up. Unfortunately, I don't know many hard core folks and not real comfortable going up to huge guys asking advice on AAS.

I'm not suggesting an injectable run either man... You've already used epi and m-drol... and I think some others... None of these new designers with one bottle PCTs (:laugh2:, seriously WTF), are going to outperform Superdrol...

I still think you're doing well as is, but if you're going to have cheat meals and stuff - you should be training hard and at a calorie surplus. Cheat meals a couple times a week aren't really cheat meals - you're just ruining a diet. Sometimes they are beneficial after 3 or 4 weeks to trick your metabolism into thinking the diet is over - but any more frequent than that - and you're just sabotaging. No one is going to talk you out of running junk, but just don't waste your time with another "steroid diet"... You're honestly past that.

And dude, don't get this twisted thinking this is a Buster situation. I don't like Buster - on the other hand - I like you, and from what I remember I introduced you to the rest of these knuckle heads back in the day... I'm trying (others as well) to discourage you from developing into an oral steroid junkie. As you stated above, you're not really all about trying to control everything that goes into your body - which I think is completely fine. But until (and if) you are ready to control everything, you should not even consider an injectable cycle.

This sh*t is not candy. Wanting to try everything to see how it works is not a valid arguement. Which reminds me of how much I like bulk candy stores... (interesting segue )

I agree, if you can't eat don't run another cycle. A waste IMO. You can pretty much do whatever you want; that includes eating. Don't give me that BS.

I pretty much converted my whole family to the way I eat. It was hard but well worth it. I have a 13 year old stepson who gained 20 lbs while I was gone and I'm on a mission to help him lose weight and be at a healthy point. He is sitting at about 40% bf and 204 lbs. No portion control and hates sticking to certain foods.

Depends how much you want it bro...honestly. Most of us aren't on here to compete (Me, AZ, TL, GMG-well...maybe G ). After sticking to a certain "way of eating" there are a bunch of things that won't even interest you. Once you learn how to eat, when to eat and how your body reacts it is time for a cycle. There are no shortcuts in this world. You want "muscle" then gain it the right way.

Look at AZ at 50 doing things alot of people wouldn't think. You still have 13-15 years and you can reach any goal within that time frame.

I always tell people I train that you need to make realistic goals. I give them some choices....how do you want to see yourself in 3-6 months and then how do you want to see yourself in a year. Write down your goals to make everything mean more, track your food, track your workouts. Seriously you can do all of this in minutes. I know you have that much time.

As for the food situation, tell your wife how some of the refined food is bad for you. Tell her how other foods help digestion. Give her the big picture. You problaby think she would get offended if you told her not to make something or season too much but if she knows how bad it is she will change her ways. I'm puerto rican and whenever I went home my mom made me the bomb dishes. After a while I gave her alittle lecture....she was alittle hurt but it went a long way to helping my family become healthy again.

My dad was close to having a heart attack with SUPER high blood pressure. He has 2 dislocated shoulders and a whole bunch of other injuries that prevent him from lifting weights, running and even doing a pushup. Showing them how to eat better helped him lose a good amount of BF and lose 40 lbs in a year. He is much better now.

My mom was gaining weight quick and it was affecting her breathing. She is asthmatic and it affects everything from a short jog to walking up the stairs. A year later...she is 20 lbs lighter, 4 dress sizes down and goes to the gym regularly.

My sister lost 84 lbs in the past year with a good eating protocol and walking and running.

You problaby think you need to be a dietician to lecture these people but you have so many resources on this board to help you learn about diet. Me, TL and the other guys have laid out what you need to do. You know how much better brown rice is compared to white rice. You know about high fructose corn syrup. You know about processed crap, refined crap. You can enjoy mexican dishes and other dishes by substituting easy crap. Whole wheat wraps, fat free beans, low fat/fat free cheese. Please bro don't make excuses.

You've made good progress bro so far and everything is falling together. Just last night I was telling my wife about your sucess story, going through your logs and telling her about all the good people I have met on here. We are fam as corny as that sounds.

Those DS/PH's are tempting bro you don't have to tell me. I've got 5 diff types sitting in my stash. The One will be a good choice to run, but everything has to be in place. These things aren't magic pills. You want to be able to keep all of your gains, not deflate and inflate as G said. You DEF don't want to rely on this stuff...could end up hurting you in the long run. I was assistant to the head doctor at a TRT clinic when I was doing my internship during pharmacy school and saw tons of people who used and abused AAS. PH's and DS could be more toxic than AAS in the future. There just isn't any evidence of 20+ years after the fact.

The chemisty compositions are alike, but the modifications done to a nonclementure can affect how a hormone is absorbed, processed, excreted. Food for thought bro.

A little competition never hurt anyone.

Or were you talking about competing in a BBing show?... cause I threw that idea out a while ago.

Yeah, I think he's talking about shows.

Further to the Mexican thing above... I made some bombass chili in the CrockPot yesterday... I could eat all 8 pounds of it without feeling guilty...

TL, I crocked up some chili also and have been hammering it for like 4 days now. Luv me some spicy arse chili...Had a big bowl before bed last night. Probably not the best idea.....dutch oven was rocking!!

I had a huge blowout at work today...

I hit up 2 pounds of turkey, 1 pound of beef, 2.5 pounds of kidney and black beans, onions, garlic, my spice blend (chili powder, cayanne, black pepper, red flakes, bay), and about 3 pounds of chopped tomatoes.

Its the best meal ever man... The meals where I need carbs, I'll just throw some into a wheat wrap or dip in some slices of ww bread... There is carbs in the beans of course, but not quite enough.

This batch came out awesome... Great flavor, and sneaky heat.

That just sounds so wrong... Arse chili? Dutch Oven? :lol5:

I go back and forth between all turkey or all beef. I also use black beans and switch between pinto or red beans. Being close to the border I have this store that has these cans of stewed Mexican whole tomatoes that add a nice flavor to the mix. I also use WW bread folded like a hotdog bun with the chili inside when carbing up the meal. Deffinitely one of my favorite shovel foods!! Oh yeah...Pink lemonade Metamucil....dueces wild bubba!

PL Mucil is the bomb.

This is the first time I went turkey and beef. I thawed them out and mashed them together before browning off. Turned out awesome. Red Kidney beans? Do you use canned or dry?

How thick is your broth? That is the only setback with this batch, little watery... but still tasty... Do you use a thickener aside from tomato paste? I only had one can - two probably would have done the trick.

Throw some AP(anabolic pump or anal pungience) into the mix and hang out the "No open flames" sign!!

I use canned red beans...drained of course. I don't use any water in the mix or thickeners. I use tomatoe sauce and thicken to my liking. I like it pretty thick!!

You could mix up a "rue" (sp?) to thicken your chili up. Mix some flower with a cup of water and throw it into your chili.

I've actually used some oat bran before to thicken mine up.

Rue is actually fat and flour... (usually butter)

Didn't really feel like adding either to this dish, but yeah - usually a solid option.

Being that strict might limit fat loss in some. A good rule is one a week, and you are going to back track from one a week it will only help.

I think some people can handle a cheat meal a week...

Some morph that into a cheat day, then a cheat weekend, then a "short" weeklong binge... I still think that you need a solid foundation of 2 or 3 weeks at a minimum to develop some kind of self control over your diet.
