2.5 hrs is too much. 1.5 hrs or less is good.yes pease help i worked out for 2.5 hours to day and diddnt do any more because im unsure

unfortunatly i dont have the luxury of having a camera i can barly pay service for my phone but i just not clear i did some research and it says anabolic steroids stops the secretion of cortisol so dose that mean i can work out all i want without losing muscle ?
If you dont even know how long to workout,you have no business doing the ph's you listed. Next question will be, do i need a cycle support?
Even assuming that theory were true why would you want ti workout so much? Your muscles aren't growing in the gym. If you can't properly cause enough muscle damage in 2 hours then you are doing it wrong. Past that point you are just expending calories that could be used for growth and also asking for injuries

I agree,but everything has to be lined up correctly. Nutrition wise. His whole plan seems all wrong. Bad diet, no clue about workouts and just throw more ds/ph in the mix. That sounds like a bad plan from the start.Not really. Even naturally you can push 4hrs if you eat for it. Intra workout supplements come into play then.
