Hey guys. Today was my 5th day back in the gym (been walking hills and such for 6 weeks or so so not completely useless). Haven't trained in the gym since mid-November...and it's awful. Muscles feel like jelly and ridiculously weak. And to make it worse, I'm only using 50% of the weight on my big lifts (squats even lower!). Is this just post covid, or is this 10 weeks off the gym? I took time off in the past and I don't recall it feeling like this...
No question the 10 weeks will do that dude. give it a couple weeks of consistency again and you'll be rocking and rolling.
