Put 4 servings in bis quick pancake mix this morning. Shook it up and cooked it !

No bloat. No issues. Will let you know more as the day goes on
 
Bowel movement end of the night quite large

Made cupcakes with it tonight. Few more air pockets but I think we missed something in the batter

Not taste or textural difference either

It's a cooking powder. So you add it some time during the cooking process

It's effective so long as you use the right amount of powder per meal

Example
4 servings in 3 pounds food. You only eat 1 pound a day. Your not getting maximum effect

You would need 2 servings per large meal. Eat it all make sure you get all the powder Ect in your body

Follow me. Even at the low dose you get from 4 servings in the 3 lbs. you get slower digestion rates and insulin peaks n carb blocking it won't switch metabolism to fat burning. 2 servings will do that maybe 1 but nothing less

Can stack no problem

Hca is in it between all products you get a great huge dose that makes it more effective and it'll continue to work as long as you use it

All 3 of them together on a cheat day and no issues what so ever with regards to fat gain

Been testing last few weeks and I'm impressed

Seems as tho hca in high doses just keeps working better for the goal. Some of you will feel flat due to metabolic shift of glucose storage and fat usage for fuel

Others may not have this issue. To off set something like that feeling dosing agmatine throughout the day or in between meals at 500mg may help

I personally like agmatine norvaline and osthole combined for that purpose unfortunately it's to expensive for me to cap.

Trust me

There's diminishing returns for fat loss in terms of dosing but for calorie blocking the more you use the more it'll block from my experience with it
 
What's the cap for fat loss (or fat "blocking" for someone doing a lean bulk)

Fat blocking haven't seen a cap for it

I've mixed it into cake batters. Pancake batters. Chili. Have yet to do it on a dry rub but Dru rubs you need to cook it low and slow so heat wot damage product too long. Haven't seen bad effect from it being to high mixed in batter.
 
even more so if training 16+ hours fasted?


while RKs will improve HSL and the oxidation process the HCA will block the fat from entering therefore a nice environment to burn them up

Muffins
Smoothies
Chili
Pulled pork
Meat balls/meat loaf

Taste is a little strange if mixing and drinking but add into flavored beverage and it's very tolerable

No texture or taste difference in said examples above
