OK guys... Here's the deal. I got 6 tubs of HemaVol powder here(my own personal stash) to give out. I don't want to miss anyone, so I was hoping I could send people 2 samples each to get heir opinions on taste and effects.

YO! VT...

just took me second sample you sent of the lemondrop goodness... I was thinking, I like feeling the pump in my arms (who doesnt) and yes I have an arms only day (arms/abs) just cuz rest days piss me off.

Anyway... my arms are freakin HuOOOOOOOGE right now. My forearms have never been this swole... its sick I wish I took a before pic, I mean its ridiculous.

I feel like a homo I cant stop lookin at my arms! (dont quote me on this line lol).
