Current goals: Cutting up. Had to take time off from injury, bulked back up now I am cutting down again. Was able to increase strength but my goal is to get back to 5% bf that I was at before.
Dieting: I weigh all my meals out the day before and eat planned meals. I am keeping my carbs and protein high and fat low the beginning of a cut/contest preparation. This blend looks to be perfect especially with the fiber content and low fat.
Due to my strict diet, good flavored supplements are a special treat.
