Enjoy!

I am sure PES is taking notes

I would think so too

On a sidenote, CnC ice cream with cookie dough chunks (took the easy route and used a CCCD Quest bar) is amazing. May have to make some cookie dough so I can call it my own recipe and post.

SnickerDoodle and Banana Square Cake

Recipe

Dry:
65g Complete Pancake Mix
30g SnickerDoodle Select Whey
3g Splenda
Baking Powder (5g)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
10g PB Lean (SnikcerDoodle Flavor)

Wet:
1 Egg Whites
1/3 Cup Milk (I used almond) Around 100g
50g Diced Banana

Directions:

Use a Magic Bullet or another stand up blender for this recipe.

First place in the wet (Almond Milk + Egg White and throw in a diced up banana)

Second Combine all Dry (Whey, Pancake Mix Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, PB Lean, and Splenda) and add to your blender/Magic Bullet

Turn on your blender for a good 1-2 minutes to really let the ingredients bind together and mix well, before we continue.

Take a Square Tupperware container and spray it with cooking spray and make sure it is coated well

Take a spatula and transfer the mixture into the Tupperware container and microwave on a medium power for around 3 minutes (you should see the outside start to harden and the middle have a soft texture which will be perfect for when it cools)

Flip the cake upside down on a plate and allow it to cool when done (you can check when done using a fork along the outside edges and poking it forward to see if any residue or liquid is leaking to the bottom.

Allow to cool for a few minutes and then enjoy!

2 scoops Select Protein
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup light peanut butter

I made some of Driven2lift's waffles with 4 pieces of turkey cold cuts and a poached egg on top. Wowzers - so good.

Any of you recipe contributors put in your PES order yet? Wondering if I should bother with Anabeta and Erase Pro for my next cut when I already have Alphamine and am thinking of getting that new product Norcodrene. Maybe i should post in a different thread to not hijack ..

Glad you enjoyed the recipe brother,

Alphamine and Norco would be a great cut as is. I always love adding Epro to the end of my cut though, to really bring out the definition and help lose those tough final pounds

So many baked goods!!!! I need Snickerdoodle cookies!

PES SnickerDoodle Cookies Recipe Dry: 40g Pancake Mix/Flour 40g Oatmeal (Grinded into a powder) 3g Cinnamon 3g of Splenda 3g of Baking Powder 1 Scoop PES SnickerDoodle Whey 8g SF/FF Vanilla Pudding Mix Wet: 1 Egg 25g Greek Yogurt Water to Batter Consistency Directions I used a magic bullet and grinded ½ cup of oatmeal into a fine power. Took that and in a mixing bowl throw in the rest of the dry (Pudding Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, Cinnamon, and Pancake Mix) Add Egg + Greek Yogurt and mix (it will be hard as a rock) and slowly add in water. I added around 1/3 cup to this to get a thick cake batter thickness, it should be sticking to the spoon. Keep Mixing with a whisk or a stand up mixer until thick. Pre-Heat the Oven to 350 Take a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray Take a spoon and slowly tablespoon at least 1" away from each other as they will expand as seen in the final picture, These are QUICK they take 8 minutes when baked in my oven, so keep an eye on them around 8 minutes, may take a little over 9 or 7 depending on the baking sheet. The bottom should have a little golden brown to them, and the top should be fluffy when taking them off they will cool and be very moist/fluffy after cooling for 10-15 minutes. Macros Calories: ~550 Fat: ~ 11g Carbs: ~ 71g Protein: ~ 40g Photobucket is down currently, posted on PES main page

Can always go for more portable recipes, they look great! Will try this or a variant of this out for sure

Did you not add cocoa to this? It looks darker than Select chocolate

Nope. I didn't add any cocoa , no. I was thinking of adding some mashed bananas into the next batch as well to switch it up a little bit. These taste amazing just like peanut butter cups. Just remember to keep them in the fridge or even freeze them then take them out the day you want to eat them. Fridge to eating is good to go.

anything high fat would not suit my diet nor could i ever eat it my fat is 55-60g a day. and i get 400+G of carbs, so that really limits my fat intake with trace fats adding up

I have made breads with the select you can look up (Mini and large ones)

if you want the peanut butter
roast peanuts
throw into a food processor with select protein powder and let it run for 10-15 minutes and done.

Why no such low fat? I do have a lot of calories to play around with I suppose. 3200 with 100g + of fat.Just know you're leaving out a portion of your viewers. Keto fanboys. Not me but yeah. .
I also said you limit yourself by cooking with protein powder. I wana see some powder free on your youtube channel haha! Macro friendly of course. Many of us don't even know how to cook the simple things!

Well this kind if is a thread promoting a protein powder... Lol

And being the generous man he is, most of his youtube recipes were done as product reviews and as a form of promotion for companies he either rep'd for or sent him product.

Although I am curious if Chef Bob is a master cook as well as a baker
