totally, only other thing i wish i had was some evicerate. i should order some.

I saw the evicerate from the site im going to order from. Is it worth using at 19%bf or ahould i wait till im leaner?

How much of a caloric deficit would you say you can go on reduce xt while losing the least amount of muscle mass as possible

500 cals to start is a general recommendation

yea, thats a good general starting point, theoretically, dropping your edee cals by 500 should allow you to loose a lb per week.

i also recomend carb cycling esp if you aren't used to working out and doing daily living on low carbs.

I like reduce xt, and it seems to be really helping prevent muscle catabolism while on this cut.

Just picked some reduce up to fun with my ec. Should be killer

I'm running three caps per day of SNS Reduce XT combined with some other supplements after my month-long Ergobolic log to compare cortisol controlling effects. ;)

Hey! I am resurrecting this old thread because I just finished Ergobolic (with good results on a recomp) and was told I could start Reduce XT right after.

How did this work for you? I basically just want to lose a little bit of BF (body and belly fat) but maintain a bit of size and strength.

Thoughts?

There is a current promo from EBF and SNS in the company promotion section!

It is one hell of a stack!

Taking this on an empty stomach is fine right and wont interfer with a fast? Im an IFer for the time being and train fasted. I dont think it would but thought I'd ask. Dosing 1 an hour preworkout, then 1 each with lunch and dinner.

Just got a notice from Nutra my order with Reduce XT shipped today!

No issues with dosing on an empty stomach. And it won't break the fast either, as it has no caloric value.

^^^ correct.

I'm currently logging this right now and I'm actually about to conclude my review in the next week. Reduce XT coupled with Alphaburn was my "Phase 3" for my cut. So far I've noticed nothing but great things :)

Just ordered 2 bottles of this to stack with albuterol for a spring cut cycle. going to try to avoid the sore joints I get from 150mg/day and stick with 100mg per day.
Cant believe after all these years, this is still the best cortisol control product on the market.
