Don't despair Easy, fat calipers are notoriously inaccurate. I'd take an average of about 3-4 measures at each point and then do it again if I really wanted an accurate measure. I'm sure that you're body isn't just dumping muscle and hanging on to fat, not with you working out this hard. Just give it another week or two at your current calorie reduction and take the measurements again. See what happens, I had a PT take my measurements once and he told me I had 18% bf...then he scratched his head and looked me up and down. There was no way I was that high, but according to his measurements I was, thats why I won't trust anything other than the mirror or the water immersion test. :thumbsup:
