somehow working to less than failure is hard to me. when I used to lift back in high school, and again when I restarted lifting. It seems "natural" to me that you will get max hypertrophy so max growth out of workout to failure
 
yeah, I took my older daughter to see the 3d last year. It is amazing how much difference high def can make. Its a pity that not much content is actually released in hd-dvd or bluray yet, and that its expensive. luckily recordings from satellite or hi def dvr work out :)
 
I have a problem not going to failure, also. It's hard to not push myself to see my absolute limits. But doing that constantly will end up taxing your central nervous system and you won't make progress effectively.

I try to look at it as a different kind of challenge, to restrain myself from doing more and to keep myself from failure.
 
yeah, I think thats what i've hit, is CNS slightly fried. hence a week off. thats why I was thinking of going to a non-whole body workout, something of a split. I could do a 5 day rotation even working out all 5 so long as it was different body parts each day. I might go back to GVT again once the x-factor kicks in (about 3 weeks)

that one I got, it was ALCS I didn't get :) but if you are thinking that just hold off, we may work out another trade after my xfactor log ;) I had 2 bottles already before this, so if i can't cope with the doms + joint pain i'll have a spare 2

only 50 days away, maybe less if it starts hurting too much. pity, i'm self abusive so unless its crippling to the point where I can't walk or work i'll just man up and live thru it

I went to chicataque and assitkque as a Kid on vacation, Dad took us theeir,I have Pictures from there me and my family of us with the minituna horses. We might go next year as a family!

The waves on assatque are at least seven feet high! Good for surfing! I also saw the gunfight at the ok corrol a shootout at Ocean City , it ewas an amuzement park. I think it was Ocean City or maybe it was chic or astique. Got some pictures around somewhere of this! Great place for Famil Vacations
 
and peaceful. most peaceful place i've ever been, and i've been to more secluded places. the animal life seems happy there, and abundant

The Chincoteague Pony is a hardy breed that originates on the Atlantic island of Assateague. The breed varies greatly in type and there is no true breed standard. Natural selection and the introduction of different breeds, have led to this lack of a true type. Chincoteagues are known for being easy keepers and often do not require shoes. Most Chincoteagues are between 13 and 14.2 hands, but some have been known to reach 16 hands. Chincoteagues come in most all colors and patterns, with pinto being the most popular and the most prevalent. Chincoteagues have excelled in the show ring in a variety of disciplines.
