Which Arginine? = Growth Hormone

I've been doing alot of research on L-Arginine on these forums and some of the forums post date back 4 years ago i dont know wheather they need to be reevaluated

I'm trying to find out which one is more benificial.
L-Arginine, Arginine HCI, Arginine AAKG, Arginine Ethyl Ester?

I believe Arginine HCI will have a better absorption not sure about L-Arginine, Arginine Ethyl Ester ? and AAKG. I could try all of them but I need to be wise here.

If I take the Arginine HCI Capsuls will they be just as good as the injections ?? or does the liver break it down and What about AEE, AAKG and L-Arginine itself are broken down in the liver before they can get into the blood stream and does it cross the BBB?

I plan to take Some sorta of Arginine With Lysine, ornithine & glutamine

I think it would be best to take Arginine, Lysine, Ornithine when going to bed to increase GH levels ??

Can i please get some views and even personal experiences on this Thanks!
 
Any arginine supplementation will work bro. The forms don't really matter IMO. Bulk arginine malate, or arginine AKG... it's all good.

I like to stack Ornithine and Arginine together. Before bed is a good idea. But pre workout is even better. Check out "White BLOOD", it's got arginine ethyl ester and ornithine ethyl ester together, and you can pop em before bed for increased GH and deeper sleep. NP also sells arginine in various bulk forms for a good price.

no, not even close

All that something like arginine will do is encourage your body to make more than it normally does. Injections give you an amount more than a 16 year old has. There is no combination of natural ingredients that can force that your body to create that much. It still is beneficial however, as still just creating 10% extra can make a noticeable difference.

A little FYI on the white blood as a nice extra...very good deep sleep with some crazy vivid dreams. I've used a couple of bottles in my time ;).

For sure, 2-3 caps before bed enhances my recovery as well ... the vivid dreams are an added bonus!
