On a more serious note (or is it too late for that?), can you tell us a bit about Prime, as in how many servings per bottle, how many servings per day, stuff like that? In a reply elsewhere in this thread you suggested running at least 3 bottles, can you expand on that as well, or will all this be in the email coming soon?

I think you may be extrapolating on this situation, without fully knowing the details of product release, market expansion, and corporate demands. Releasing a product to corporate retail chains comes adjacent with a host of legal demands - most of which are not experienced when releasing a product to solely internet retailers. Every aspect of product release, from labeling nomenclature to marketing initiatives must be altered to meet the legal criterion of the aforementioned retail chains. Further, this particular compound is the definition of novel i.e., almost impossible to obtain. Rather than rush production for a preemptive release, we thought a proper release necessitates having a proper stock of said compound. If we decided to push the release, the very near future would hold massive backorders for both ourselves, and consumers, and would not please anybody; we felt a longer wait at this period is, suffice to say, less to swallow than an interrupted supply chain.

I never said it had NOTHING to do with quality, but more so to do with having all the legal aspects in perspective. When you are putting something out to a world wide market machine such as GNC, then you have to worry about more issues, which they want you to have in place, as opposed to internet retailers. I have no idea what your talking about "worth a response". So, your saying what I am stating is wrong? pfffft.

Either Prime is the greatest thing to happen to natural supps since Creatine, or it is just a gigantic hyped placebo.

I have nothing against anyone, moreso, I think FOG is a pretty str8 up dude. Just clearing up my statement earlier, that was all.

This happened all the way back in october which I had pm'd my address etc and they said ship it back. I am not paying money for broken caps. Its going to cost me almost as much to ship it back as the products. I would re consider if someone from usp labs would post a 1800 line here so I can contact them and get this taken care of if usp labs does not have a second rated customer service line. I see a order line but not a customer service number.

I believe Mulletsoldier had made assurances that your case would be attended to. It might help, if you send him a private message, so he can sort things out. Then give them a few weeks to make the next move. If, say, by end-August you do not hear from them, then you can invoke this thread again. At this point in time, though, I do not consider it especially advantageous to run the issue in full length in this thread. Just my opinion.

You were told to promptly ship the products back, and you would be reimbursed in full, now that I recall. Not trying to be rude, but that seems somewhat fair at least from my perspective. However, I've received your PM and will take the proper recourse. :thumbsup:
 
Werd.. I mean, i understand you want what you pay for, but jeez..lol.. If $.50 worth of damaged goods arrived, i think you should cut your losses.

I could understand if half the bottle was broke, or even 10 caps, but ONE? Give me your pay-pay addy and ill shoot you $1.00 for your pain and suffering.

Do you count your pills when they come? If they are over do you send the extra's back to the company?

Lastly, maybey you should call ups, fed-ex or whatever shipping service you used, and file a claim..;)

You made valid points overall, Sir! Usually, one broken pill in a bottle should be no course for alarm. Could happen during shipping. May be annoying to some, but one should be able to get over it. Besides, some USPLabs products hold more than the specified count sizes. Somehow, I thought half of the capsules in the bottles were broken!
 
Ah now we see the truth about why Prime was delayed. Everyone at USP is busy solving the one broken cap mystery! :)

If i order Prime will my arms look like Doug Millers after 6-8 weeks? :icon_lol:

I have a new accusation... AP and Recreate caused an abnormal increase in anis hair growth, which has caused a MAJOR shortage of toilet paper in the Timber house... I would appreciate some additional supplements, a bottle of prep H, and 3 to 4 cases of toilet paper. Oh, and 7 or 8 disposable razors and a flexible mirror.

Personally, I think FOG sucks... Though I am going to run it at 60mg ed for 6 weeks when I'm finished with PCT...

When this issue initially arose, you were given the option of sending the bottles back and receiving a full reimbursement for your purchase. IIRC, these were not purchased from usplabsdirect.com, and therefore could have been damaged in storage and/or transit. Despite the third party purchase, that option is still most definitely available for you to take advantage of.

I have received your PM, and will await your response. If I may ask though, could you leave this thread for Prime related queries as opposed to customer complaints? My e-mail is listed below and is the proper avenue for that! :thumbsup:

Did, or where was it that Jacob mentioned about the 3 bottle run of PRIME, which is what it would take to make it effective(most effective) for the avg person? I have not seen that anywhere on the site?

Personally, I did not use up to three bottles of the beta version to experience what was, in my opinion, the full range of the endurance, strength, performance, and general anabolic effects of the product on a sustained basis.

All they gotta send me is 10 days worth of each. Not a whole bottle. I never asked for a whole bottle. I don't remember the thread but I think I just wanted replacements.

Yeah I counted my first bottle and I got 7 extra pills :) Can't complain about that! I was very impressed!
