Well if you do them quick enough it'll feel like your pushing the same weight, except it's easier to balance.

I try not to get stuck doing any one pattern too long though, I give it 3-4 weeks then I change it up as far as the rep pattern is concerned. I alternate between pyramid, ramp weight up and ramp weight down.

But then again, that's what some of my old school weight lifting teachers in college used to teach me. They coached the track team, and they won nationals in their divisions multiple years in a row with those training regimes. So they had to be doing something right.

Ahh i see... can u explain the pyramid to me, not quite sure exactly what that is...

I stack the weight in 3-5 sets low-mid-high-mid-low. Or low-high-low depending on how many sets I'm going for in that excercise. I alternate the rep count too. 15-10-5-10-howevermany.

high side is typically 80+ percent of max.
 
Do we want to start our own contest out of boredom? who has something in their supplement stash they probably won't actually take in the next 6 months?

Tempo: 3second down 3 seconds up

*Lower the weight to your chest. Raise the weight half-way up, then lower back down to your chest, then completely raise the weight to the top, this is 1 rep.

**Go for maximum stretch on the bottom position, and only raise the weight half way up.

I've got a 14 lbs bucket of pure whey generic protein. But I keep it around for 'emergencies'. Never know when you might need emergency food rationing in the form of protein powder :)

Yes, half dumbbell flyes are my FAVORITE DB bench excercise. I always look forward to it. (strange I know, most people hate it). But I love the stretch, and the chest squeeze feel.

I tend to burn through what I"ve got and re-order before I'm out. The only stuff that stays around are my backup 'rations'.
 
i have a "like new" pen here and 3 caps of M1t i found yesterday on the floor and a sample pack of syntrax fyre :D ans some lint

The only thing I have un sealed is two bottles of TNA, three bottles of SuperDrol, and a bottle of RPM.

Otherwise, you ain't getting sh1t...

So you put the ankle strap on your arm? How do you keep it from slipping down onto your elbow?

or an EQI for a duration of 60-90 seconds.

EQI for chest would be a fly in the bottom position.

This flushed the muslces and gets ready for your post workout shake.

Ahah... I always stretch in the down position when I'm done with fly's. Good info. Can you trip like XJ?

Ahah.... I guess you can also use a nautilus fly machine to, might be easier to rig when people are always capitalizing on the cable machines for tricept pull downs (lazy bumms won't do kickbacks).

Lanbane, I threw your puzzle at a neural-network with a dictionary attack with about 1 terraflop of computing power (I have a grid computing system I manage in house). No habla hickanese.

Either there's letters missing / added, or it's non-comprehensible in normal english. If there's engrish in there we need those bastardized words to make it work sir!
