rest 10 seconds
do as many reps as you can
rest 15 seconds
do as many reps as you can
repeat until you reach a total of 20 reps

BB might be easier for incline unless you like lifting the DB's up, but if you don't have a spotter DB's can be safer. It was kinda sucked doing BB like that.

DB's are almost always safer if you don't want a bruise on your noggin'.

I can imagine each set dropping weight...
Well it's easier because you can 'cheat'BB forces your smaller control muscles to grow. But then again I'm a sucker for DB's.
