So this PCT has gone pretty smoothly so far.
50/50 clomid dosing so far, next two weeks will be 25/25. Boys are doing great... my libido is up and down, but that is to be expected. It actually held out WAY better than any previous cycle... I attribute this to the Formadrol.
I have been using the M1D Psarm alongside T911 and ASGT.
These new T911 tabs take much longer to dissolve than the originals.
I have switched to more of a Push/Pull routine, with 1 day pushing heavy, one day pulling heavy, then a break, then back to one day pulling light and high reps, and one day pushing light and high reps... not necessarily that order with pushing and pulling, but in that order for heavy/light weight.
I will be taking a week off next week from all lifting. I will be running in the mornings with my girlfriend, then doing random cardio intenstive activities all day: hiking/swimming/surfing/paddleboarding/biking etc.
When I come back we have a "mini tour" for 4 days to NorCal, then I have to be IN a wedding (not taking photos... actually a groomsman), then back for one more show in town that sunday. That will be 2 complete weeks off from the gym... which my body probably needs. I will be doing my best to keep my diet in check during this time. We'll see how that goes... it's incredibly hard to diet while on the road with my band... most of them have bad eating habits and refuse to change (I've tried).
So once I get back it will be time to start a new program. I am pretty confident with DC, and I really like the Warrior Workout of Kleen... I think I need to work on maybe one more... probably volume centered, and I'll be pretty set as far as routines and rotation of routines go. Any suggestions are welcome.
My next batch of supplements will probably consist of: AT2 (since everyone is raving about it), Formestane topical, and lean Xtreme. The reason for this stack is because I have Form and LX already... Any suggestions on something else to add? I have been missing Ghenerate since I stopped it. Any reason to wait longer before hopping back on? I stayed on like 4 months straight... No sides from coming off it, but I haven't really heard of anyone else running it that long either.
Suggestions/comments are more than welcome.
My next goal is to SLOWLY shave off as much bodyfat while retaining every ounce of muscle I have before my November cycle.
