I had my lady take these pictures... I am used to doing my own pictures, which means I pose in a mirror... i feel like I didn't pose right, but whatever you get the idea. I included a few different back pictures as I don't really know which flex is correct... probably none of them. you guys get the idea though.

chest came up, arms came up, back is doing fine... legs still need some work. Funny thing is, compared to how small they used to be, they feel HYUGE to me these days. My jeans are way too tight and it feels different to run. But when I look in these pictures, I don't see very big wheels... which makes me wonder if they really blow up what kind of rediculous sized pants I'll have to wear. Zoombas anyone?
 
I still have some bodyfat to lose, but in a month or two I should be pretty freaking ripped and in the 190's.

Those are all real tattoos, not henna. Hell my right arm has like 30+ hours of work on it... the beginning of the henna tattoo would have started to smear/fade by the time they got to the end.

You can cut while maintaining muscle mass, I'm in the process right now actually via modified carb cycling. Of course with the help of stims.

I may be taking a cruise here soon in a few weeks (going on vacation), most likely will be switching back to Kleen's full body workout soon. Not sure if I want to hit the full body workout and lean down a bit (probably will go this route) for another two weeks and then hit Hawaii, rest and come back to the full body thing for the rest of summer, then hit DC up again when it's time to bulk.

My legs were pretty small to start with... really small. They are growing, and at a fairly decent rate I would say, I see much more improvement in my upper legs than my lower legs, and I feel that it is just going to take time. I might try hitting up calves every workout for a couple weeks and see if a blast doesn't get them to grow a bit.

I didn't mean any disrespect bro...You've came along way. ROM is a key factor in growth, along with proper rest AND shock. Genetics is BS when it comes to legs. There are enough dudes in this place to make them suckers pop.

I never thought you did.

They will grow with time. I am putting in a lot of work with them, and my ROM is good. I just have a really hard time with my calves... I'm just gonna keep my nose to the grindstone.

If I took what you took, no matter how clean my diet, I'd look damn smooth...probably pretty monstrous, but smooth, no cuts at all. That's why I'm always on the way dry plan. That you managed not only to stay lean, but seemed to actually sharpen some of that definition is impressive.

G, you look SWOLE as fack! You don't look like the same guy who came to lift with me at Thanksgiving... Shoulders look outrageous too. Love the ink. Keep smashing it. I am gonna do my best to clean up and add a pound or two of LBM over the course of the summer. That way if you show back up for a lift I can keep up with the new you. On the legs, could also be the angle, to show the sweep you gotta get a good twist. My legs grow front to back first then out. Next time you take a pic put your heels a few inches apart and point your feet out at about a 45% angle and I bet they look more impressive without gaining a bit of size. it is all in the presentation unless you just have monster wheels.

Thanks bud. The epistane really cut a lot of weight at first, I was having trouble keeping my weight to just stay around while I waited for the gains to kick in. The fat loss was pretty immediate. The Madol kicked in kinda late for me, but it didn't seem as wet as I thought it would be... joints felt great for all 5 weeks too. Phera gets a bad rep as pretty harsh, but this run was really mellow for me... plus I didn't get sick!!!

Thanks Kleen, that means a lot coming from you. And I'll probably be back in the fall to visit my Sister, so you can plan on me dropping by for a lift, we'll have to hit upper body this time. Thanks for the advice on the quads, I'll put that to use in my next photo set.

Pretty good man. Been training hard... I'm about 192 now @ 8% (according to 4 point caliper @ tris, thighs, hip, stomach)...

My partner and I are going to do a 4 week diet here, small reduction in calories - and I'm kicking around some supplement ideas. Would like to get down to about 5.5 - 6%.

Lots of growth in chest (our favorite) and shoulders... on the grind.

Try out LG's ASGT fora pre-workout. Trust me on this one... puts the old "superpimp" (you gotta be old school to remember that reference from the past logs) to shame, and it's way cheaper. LG's BC+EAA rocks too, blows Xtend away.

So I went to breakfast with my lady this morning before work, and we stopped at a little diner about two blocks from my house. This place is tiny, but AMAZING for breakfast, and it's pretty much a spot where if you know about it, you're on a first name basis with the employees/owners. Anyway, I got some whole wheat blackberry pancakes with six pieces of turkey bacon, fruit, and coffee and all I could think to myself was, "holy crap, I need to save up enough money to eat this every day for breakfast while on a superdrol cycle." Lol... but I actually got to thinking and asked Zel, the owner, if she had a round about idea as to what the macros were in the meal... I expected to get blown off, but she actually told me the carbs/calories in the pankcakes... lol. I had about 1700 calories and over 180g carbs this morning. probably not the healthiest meal... but I kept thinking, this everyday with superdrol and I'd be ef*ckingnormous. Either way, the breakfast was dank and huge... and I am off to the gym to go burn some of it off.
 
Now that is my kind of stack!! Better save that for the powerlifters though...not very beach friendly.

I hear you. The ASGT's AI isn't going to shut you down. It's one of the ingredients in their formadrol product, which no longer has ATD in it, I believe it is plant derived. Guys are taking ASGT and competing in tested competitions, so I don't think you really have anything to worry about.

I've never taken the AT2 or OEP, but I heard that the OEP was strong stuff.

I hear you on the 205 being end game... I feel really big right now... it's gonna take some getting used to, definitely feel it during a long run.

I have enough to run Hdrol twice more, epistane twice more, Pplex once more, Winztrol once more (but wouldn't mind one more bottle just to run it for 6 weeks), superdrol twice, and that's about it. I figure I'll probably either use these over the next few years or just sell them once the prices get outrageous on ebay.

But the next cycle for me, should probably be in November as well. I think I am gonna be running some Test with ya then. We should set it up so we are on the same schedule... also, email me about where to acquire said test... I'd like to pick your brain if you know of somewhere other than where I know.

BTW, Test Cyp or Test E? Or were you just gonna say screw it and hit the prop for the first time?

I haven't decided between cyp or ethenate yet, but I know I am gonna go 12 weeks with HCG for 9 of them. Probably gonna have to pick up some Adex too, since I tend to have estrogenic issues with aromatizeable hormones.
