So today is my off day, I had a great leg workout yesterday. I forgot my weight belt... whoops... but no matter I just focused on slow controlled form and ended up going WAY past what I thought I could w/o the belt.

That being said the back pumps were worse yesterday than they have been so far... I understand what you guys mean when you talk about walking away from the gym hunched over.

The weight is feeling lighter...

Leg extentions - 55lbs a leg - 2 sets of 10

Squats - 145x10, 185x8, 235x8, 255x4, 265x4(no belt PR)

RDL - 135x10, 225x10, 315x4 (back pumps stopped me from doing a fourth set... just so I could sit up straight at my desk today.)

Leg Press - 4 plates a sidex10, 5 plates a sidex10, 6 plates a sidex7 dropped to 3 plates a sidex10

Leg Extentions - 130x10, 150x10, 150x10

Calves - 150x20, 170x20, 170x20, 170x15

My legs are smoked. Great workout.

I totally forgot about weight belts! I used to have one...but I have no clue where it went and I just squat w/out one. Now that you mention it Ace, I recall it helping keep my abs in, back tight, etc. I need to hook back up with one. Good IDEAR!

BICEPS
bb curls - 45x10, 95x10, 115x8, 135x3 (PR... I had a spot...still...)

cable curls w/ ezbar - two supersets outside/inside grip - 120x10 each, 140x10 each.

Attempted man slauter Cass 3. Domestic Violence, Disorderly conduct, Drunk in public, reckless driving, felony speeding, and resisting Arrest. That was all one charge :lol:

But I think here's a few:

1. Established history of beating ass
2. Being funny as sh*t
3. Be down with crazy cycles and running a successful PCT
4. Understand and be down with Kool-Aid
5. Want nothing more than to get to PCT to get some gnarly cheeseburgers goin on
6. Hate the thought of taking off days, and constantly want to destroy sh*t

Been a pretty crazy date at the office today. Makes me want to choke someone. Answers to the list.

I like all kinds of music and rotate depending on the mood I want to get in.
1. I don't backdown from a sqab, but I am not an MMA badass like some on the forum. :-) I do watch it non stop and really want to choke a mutha fvkker out to see if I have learned by watching.
2. Time will tell on that one.
3. I crazy cycle with a shitty PCT with nuts in tact and still blowing wads like an 18yo is a step. Cycle number 2 will see how hardcore I am (Damn I want to start now)
4. Gotta find out if that is a doom crew inside joke or not.
5. I am down with some strange cheesburgers any chance I can get on the down low.
6. I hurt like hell today from the new routine (still not at Doom Crew level) but still trying to figure out what I can work out today on my off day. I want to go from fat to :bb3:, but not going for the speedo thing and my junk won't stay covered.
