Mass FX- 4 caps/day
PowerFULL-8 caps/day (2 bottles)
Inhibit-E- 3 caps/day

I bought PowerFULL and Alpha Drive as a stack, does this require PCT?
what are some good ADED products?Max32 said:Why anyone would still be using pure atd is beyond me? There are much better options out there that are not anti-androgenic in nature and don't wreak havoc on libido:
ADED
6-BROMO
and as far as the best natty anabolic out there, my vote will be for the ALRI tri-anabolic stack when it is released. Also, very partial to everything USP has put out...

I thought AP was a glucose disposal agent. Thats not to say that carbs aren't anabolic, but then that opens the door to putting a **** load of supp sinto the "anabolic" category.USPLabs said:anabolic Pump needs to added to the list...

Does AP actually work to increase protein synthesis?
USPLabs said:Have you heard of glucose stimulated protein synthesis? Do I have direct research linking AP to proteing synthesis?NO. AP is far from JUST a glucose disposal product. AP is Selective to Muscle cells while causing lipolysis. We are force feeding Glucose into Muscle cells. Besides the post workout phenomenon, there is not a study available because AP is new to research community.
Outside the box, we could assume that protein synthesis is stimulated. super saturate a Muscle with glucose(glycogen). Super Hydrates(water) the cells. A hydrated cells is an anabolic cell or healthy cell.
From the HISTORY of ancedotal bodybuilding and dieting, you limit carb intake in dieting. You sacrifice muscle. You increase carb intake and muscle is the end result.
Aeternitatis said:Well, that's what I was thinking. But I guess just for the sake of categorization I had to argue against AP in this case. I mean, in that respect, water itself is anabolic (which it is), but you're never going to see something like low-pH low-turbidity supplemental water on a list like this no matter how anabolic it is. I'm not arguing against increasing water and glycogen storage being anabolic. But if that is considered in the realm of anabolic supps, then we might as well add vinegar, banaba, bitter melon, etc etc.
As for history, practice has taught me otherwise with regards to carbs. I gain MORE muscle by sacrificing carbs. Then again, my near ancestral roots are heavily drawn from hunter-gatherers so my metabolism is probably more favored for low-carb.
Besides, we all know that the world's only 100% anabolic compound is Leukic. (you know I love USP :drunk![]()
Yeah, I'm well aware of the macronutrient cycles they had. But in comparison to modern life, even their high-carb days can't compare. Dude, carbs suck, just accept it.USPLabs said:Food is anabolic. Training is anabolic. Rest is anabolic. The rest are just supplements and worthless without the above. You are aware that Hunter-gathers went through peroids of drought which they relied on animals but when crops where solid they ate both.....lame arguement (said with a smile and respect).

No way. I got pretty big after the Arnold though. By around July I was up to a very lean 175-180... which on my small frame looks pretty big.TheUnlikelyToad said:So are you going to come in Hyoooge at tha Arnold this year or what?![]()

But it's just not my style. I more into the compact and powerful thing. Maximum efficiency is the way I roll. So most of my training is geared towards that.
I'll be at The Arnold in very good shape though. I hope the Army guys have that pullup competition again. I'm gonna PWN it if they do.
Will you be there with Xtreme?
TINYTOAD said:Okay... I know I got here late in the game, but what's so great about "natural?"
Poison Ivy is natural.
Is the question now.... what's your favorite LEGAL anabolic supplement?
What a crazy world we live in today. Why should anybody but me, care what goes into my body?
Chicken breast... that's my favorite legal supplement right now. I didn't see it on the list, so it's my write-in.

Lawhammer said:Then why are you looking at the Supplement Forum?
bbgolfer said:You dont SUPPLEMENT with food.
TINYTOAD said:So I can comment on the thread, stand on my soap box, add my 2 cents of political cr@p... and you?

Lawhammer said:Well, me too. But, at least you should TRY to incorporate some relevant and helpful information.
bbgolfer said:Your diet is made up of whole foods, specifically lean meats, carbs, etc. You only supplement with those products that you do not get directly from your diet. Examples: Whey powder, creatine, multi vitamins, fish oil...the list goes on.
Supplement: 1. something added to complete a thing, supply a deficiency, or reinforce or extend a whole.
TINYTOAD said:I understand that this board is sponsored by a lot of good companies that sell vitamins and stuff, and I give them a fair amount of business.
What I've found, is that it's all about diet and training. Eat wrong, train wrong... you're wasting your time.
Yes, you can pump a bunch of chemicals into your body, and try to make up for sloppy diet and training, but are you really doing yourself any good?
Here's my advice.... eat right, train right, and see what happens. If you don't know how to eat right, or train right.... READ. There is a ton of good information here.
Once you hit the dreaded plateau, and you're still not happy... I guess that's up to you what you do. If you diet and training are bad... don't bother with steroids... natural or otherwise.
What IS the real difference between a supplement that's legal, vs one that is illegal? Natural, vs. synthetic? If a company synthesizes the active ingredient in some anabolic herb, then mixes it back in with the herb, to make it more potent, is it still "natural?." Does anybody care? A few years back, the supplement 1AD was "natural" and now it's... illegal.

Lawhammer said:Instead of posting this reply on a thread entitled "whats your favorite natural anabolic?" why don't you start a thread regarding your objection to supplements and the supplement industry. You're guaranteed to stoke more than a few replies and will avoid posting off the subject remarks on other threads, like this one.
TINYTOAD said:Well, to answer your question.... I don't object to supplements or the supplement industry. Please don't put words in my mouth.
Just because you're my friend, I'll let you know my two favorite supplements right now.... USP labs' Super Cissus RX, and their Anabolic Pump.

Lawhammer said:I have to agree with you on AP. I'm not sure about cissus. Don't get me wrong, its a great supp for joint support, but it did not seem to have a pronounced anabolic effect like some other supps.
Now? Anabolic Pump without a doubt.
AP + Buffet = one of the best NHA's on the market.
Thats me tomorrow. Wish me luck! I going to be needing a long nap after that...
