What's your current pre-workout cocktail???

This topic is an old one, but with the ever-changing nature of the supplement industry and experimentation/innovation, it is always salient.

Beowulf and I did some good experimenting back in the day, but for a coule years now, I have cut out the old pre-w/o cocktail. Now I want to revive it. Here is a list of what I used to use. I'd love to hear what you are mixing up or what particular ready-mix you have found that works great.

citrulline malate (2-5g)
ALCAR (1g)
taurine (1-2g)
tyrosine (500mg)
BCAAs or EAAs (10-15g)
chocamine (500mg)
caffeinne (200-500mg)

in the last year or so beta alanine has become very popular. another one dsade conviinced me to try is plcar. i think those 2 would make a great addition to what you have listed.

whey protein
200mgs caffeine
1500mgs Glucosamine and MSM
 
Two scoops Poseidon
1 1/2 Scoop Vasocharge
3 caps Incarnate
And Man, It'll make you feel on FIRE!!!!!!!!
 
I am taking 2 adrenalean- 1 scoop No-Xplode, and 3 caps of Incarnate!
 
30 minutes before my workouts i take

1 scoop of superpump 250
1 scoop of whey protein
1 scoop of x-tend
5 grams of glutamine
5 grams of BCAA
5 grams of arginine
5 grams of creatine

superpump 250 with beta alaine from twin labs and some black powder.
 
7.5g Creatine Mono
3.2g taurine
4.2g Arg AKG
3.6g Beta Alanine
10-20mg yohimbe
(considering adding 180mg caffiene)
 
I take all of these 45-60 minutes preworkout

1) 4 caspules of Axis Labs BCAAE2
2) 3 capsule of Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL
3) 6 capsules of Axis Labs HemodrauliX
4) 3 capsules of AEN IntraXCell
5) 2 tablets of Epic Nutrition 5-Tetra
 
I add some Extend, Beta Alaine and a little WMS to my pre-workout drinks, which could be superpump250 or Black Powder. Depending on my workout, I might suck down some whey too. When I'm off creatine, or Beta Alanine it's usually just the above first 3 with some whey, possibly mixing it with some Endorush.
 
90-120 min pre training:
P-Slin w/ 2 cups oats, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey

30 min pre:
20 g WMS
3 g beta-alanine
5 g creatine mono
2-3 scoops Glycer Grow

During:
2 scoops Xtend
 
Pslin
Gihugen meal
1 hr later:

3 RPM
3 HEAT
20g BCAA
3 scoops Poseidon
4mg Nicotine (sometimes)
 
400mgs ICARIIN
2grams Arginine
2grams Taurine
1grams GSE95%
7.5grams of luecine
5grams creatine mono
and for the next 8 weeks 2.5grams of divanil...
 
I used to do a pre workout shake with creatine, bcaa, protein etc.

But now, honestly, i just eat like a good handfull or two of pretzels on the way to the gym, and ive been having the best workouts recently.
 
PreWorkout:

* 1 scoop Green MAG
* 2 scoops Purple WRAATH
* 2-3 scoops Glycer GROW

I'll be adding some incarnate soon!
