100% daily creatine dose
100% daily beta alanine dose
100% daily betaine dose
100% daily LCLT dose
6g BCAA per dose
3g L-Glut/L-Alanine per dose

I'm starting to make my own pre and post with bulk ingredients.

Pre:

5g creatine
5g Beta-alanine
5g AAKG
5g citrulline malate

Post:

Same as above but with 50g unflavored whey, 70g mixed carbs.

I really like doing it this way not only because of how much cheaper it is, but I can also choose thd dosing of individual ingredients myself.

Ergonine is being released under PEScience this Thursday.

Be sure to be on the insider if you want the incredible deal as well as getting in on the two new flavors:

Be on that Insider list guys ^

This sale is not one to be missed.
It will trump any competition trying to make a move while we were out of stock ;)

Was it pushed back because of delivery?

Yeah.

Short delay (only a few days) and then we are launching two new flavours on top of the previous three. :)

I may like this product's profile better than Ergonine. IMO carnitine is much much better postworkout with the addition of some carbs. Research backs this up as well. I've used ergonine post before but that's a waste of some of the ingredients such as hydromax etc

Thanks. I agree that Ergonine has a great profile...almost every PES product does. I think Finish Line gets the slight edge due to its full BA + BCAA dose, but either one should provide end users with great results.

I will be trying both products soon enough and I believe you can't go wrong with either 1 as they both have very solid profiles

Research is a bit more ambiguous than A>B but I will point out that the carnitine used in Ergonine is L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate (LCLT) which has some decent research supporting its ergogenic effects when taken daily for prolonged time and not timed with exercise (Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed). In addition to LCLT being beneficial irrespective of exercise timing, Ergonine also contains Choline which may improve LCLT efficiency (Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed) and acts as a methy donor (along with betaine another ingredient in Ergonine) which also has literature supporting their ergogenic potential.

So yes, while carnitine + carbs does make sense and has some literature supporting it, LCLT daily is also a valid ergogenic approach to improving performance. On top of this, LCLT can be improved via additional ingredients that are found in the Ergonine formula

Yes I def agree. I was just saying for me I notice a lot better results taken with carbs (recovery). I've got through plenty of tubs of ergonine and enjoyed it every time. Def a solid product for sure.

Research also supports co-supplementing with choline, which we included in Ergonine, to enhance the LCLT even further

My synopsis is incoming

PEScience Ergonine,

Thus far users seem to be loving the convenience of Ergonine above all as it has proper doses of some of the best bodybuilding ingredients and performance aids in a single delicious scoop.

We really want to show off the true potential of Ergonine that goes above and beyond this. Nothing in the formula is just there by coincidence, this is a very strategically constructed formula.

An overview of some known effects;
-Physical Performance Enhancement
-Improved Recovery
-Build lean mass
-Hydration, muscle fullness
-Fat burning benefits

The Ergonine Difference: Synergy.

Many of these ingredients look familiar as very well known and effective supplements you may have used before. But with Ergonine you can expect amplified results compared to using them alone.

Some synergy highlights:

Creatine + Betaine Anhydrous:

Creatine itself has not been improved from its monohydrate/anhydrous forms, however with co-supplementing Betaine we can amplify things.

In Ergonine we use creatine anhydrous, the most pure form of creatine by weight, at the studied dose.

-strength increase
-reduced lactate production
-improved endurance
-lowered cortisol

L-Alanine + Glutamine

The problem with glutamine alone is that it is almost entirely consumed by the gut and not much makes it to muscle; not anymore.

-enhanced delivery of glutamine to muscle tissue
-results in less fatigue, improved endurance, faster recovery

LCLT + Choline

Carnitine stores can deplete quickly in active individuals, by adding choline we drastically reduce the amount secreted,

this means the fat-burning benefits of LCLT remain active longer and to more effect by increasing leptin

Smart formulating pays off.

On top of the benefits of ingesting these ingredients you are also priming your body to create more,
Creatine and carnitine production is further increased by supplementing with methyl donors. In Ergonine we used two of the strongest around, Betaine and Choline.

HICA, the most metabolically active metabolite of leucine, is a muscle retention all-star as well as a great trigger to stimulate the growth of lean mass.

"has been shown in elite athletes to increase muscle mass, reduce fat mass, reduce soreness, and improve performance. All at a dose of 1.5 grams…the exact dose we use in ERGONINE "

Ferulic acid has been shown to be potent on its own, in studies increasing both lean mass and physical performance, it is a perfect fit in Ergonine.

"Just 30 mg Ferulic Acid a day in well-trained weightlifters is enough to significantly enhance muscle mass, increase strength, and improve recovery. And it does this with a unique mechanism unlike any other compound in ERGONINE, allowing you to hit muscle growth and performance enhancement from all angles."

With those synergies, expect strength and performance improvements beyond those of supplementing with these ingredients alone.

This is what we hope becomes apparent with use; That Ergonine is formulated to amplify all results you have seen before.

Ergonine IS great, Finish Line looks great, and Triumph will be ran by me shortly. We can split hairs over the fine details (and in fairness I've only ran Ergo), but really all three are solid looking options. I wouldn't think anyone is going to be missing out by running one and not the other. I'll probably rotate them (plan on trying all three) unless one sticks out more than the other.
