Man, Don't be hating on the "STRAP".

there was a local supplement store here and the guy that owned it said he tried the strap at the arnold and swore he could feel a difference. he said he was looking for the cheapest place to buy them and he'd let me try it when he got it in. well apparently he never got it in and he's out of business now

Never heard of Fizogen before. Seen muscle tech in the shops. Most expensive by far. The tubs look like christmas trees, there so bright and in your face

I know MuscleTech gets brought up a lot, but I just do not like that company at all. Also ON is starting to get on my nerves, they have very quality products with fair prices, but there is something about them.

Most supplements are pure bull$hit. Make your own from tried-and-true substances and omit the zero value-added manufacturer. They're using the same $hit you'll use to make your own.
1. Buy a capsule maker
2. Buy bulk powders (beta alanine, BCAA, creatine ethyl ester, arginine ethyl ester, maca, etc. whatever gives you wood)
3. Cap, bottle, get swizzoled for pennies.

Or, we can form an internal GPO (group purchasing organization) so-to-speak, and we can have a contract manufacturer make formulas for us. I priced out arginine ethyl ester: 240caps/bottle; 750mg/capsule; 500 bottles. Capped, bottled, sealed, packed....price: ~$13.50/bottle. WOOT! ;-D Cheapest I found AEE was like $25/bottle. Pssht....weak.

wanna start a business bro? lol.....but seriously:think:...

My List of Shitty Companies (in no order)

Muscletech, Muscle Asylum Project, Six Star Muscle or any other Iovate owned brand

Fizogen
SSE
Nutrabolics
Xyience

Didn't Xyience go under already?

SSE isn't a supplements company. It's just some kid on the east coast, who likes to pretend he's the owner of a supplement company.

muscletech and muscle asylum project are the same. look at the adds. look at the "scientific studies". look at how its written. and the guys at GNC push MAP just as hard as MT.

GNC push a crappy product for the sake of making money.....Bite your tongue they would never do that.j/k:jaw:

To be honest the number of sh*t, small (and big) illegitimate companies around makes me wanna cry. Although Muscle-tech do take the biscuit....

yeah muscle tech. misleading you with there product labeling and jacking up the price like its some cutting edge tech, when its just the same stuff you can get for half the price. I wont lie though i use there products when i get them for free, they work.

Pharmagenx and their new finigenx. i can't stress how much i hate this company.

anyone who takes an old, successful product, then switches all the actives around to bilk people out of money is a scam company.

old ingredients :
*Proprietary Blend: caprylic triglycerides, capric triglycerides, phophatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, phosphatydic acid, estra-4 diene-3 17-dione

new ingredients : 3b-Acetoxyandrost-5-En-717-Dione LipoSol-DHEA(DHEA) Adenylpyrophosphoric Acid Disodium 5-Androstene-3b7b17b-Triol Oleic Acid

WTF over?

waiting for their "spawn" to become DHEA + vitamin C or some other horsecrap that they peddle under "brand recognition". sad.

Their are no worst supplement companies = only non responders. I just love hearing that NON RESPONDERS

supp company: its not our fault our product doesnt work. We have these studies to prove it works. your just a non responder like 50% of the others

lmao

There are such people as non-responders, but that excuse has grown lame anymore. Its sad because it puts a black eye on the entire supplement industry really.

Cheers!

The one that would sue me if I said their name...

i'm nominating ALRI to the list (if it hasn't been already) for adding "extra ingredients" to their original venom hyperdrive 3.0 and not listing it on the bottles

dirty muthafuckers :twak:

Just a QUESTION (to the aussies i guess as its an oz located company)... im not listing this brand here... so yea
but just wondering if anyone here is familiar with 'Cell Biology' ? I have not come across anything on these forums (searched n all) regarding anyone talkin about them... if I google it I get 1 hit on a diff forum with people giving it the thumbs up (as have in person) so just wondering to the other aussies trauling this thread if they're familiar with it and can give me their opinions (probly in private not to hijack this thread!)

soz & thanks!

ps I dont know much about companies but out here word of mouth is GNC = not cool

Muscle Tech pure garbage

So who wins the prize?

Hands down its Muscle Tech they push there products like no other have pro bodybuilders who don`t even use the stuff cause i know for one guy in piticuar who uses Gaspari Brands while endorsed by MT..If you want to waste your money like CelTech go ahead you can purchase creatine on its own and mix it with dextrose and glutamine and save yourself a fortune..There like how Weider was back in the day when they were involved with that garbage line called "Cybergenics" remember that supplement that was suppose to add 30lbs in 60days sure Weider`s it sure does when the diet consited of 1 boiled egg for beakfast!!! and a **** load of pills :tongue-tied:..Oh ya then how they used fake pictures or photoshop`d the heads on bigger bodies "way to go scammers you did a good job"..All in all nothing beats hard work proper supplements like creatine, testboosters, glutamine,vitamin/minerals and most but not least whey proteins..Train like an animal eat like a horse but if you eat like a bird and train like weasel you get no nowhere..

This is my first post on the forum and it will be a diss delivered to muscletech. They are for noobs who dont know what they are doing. Dont get me wrong i think its great when people decide they wanna get in shape and start hittin the gym. But when you choose a new hobby or lifestyle, you can pretty much gaurantee that there is a magazine dedicated to that hobby or lifestyle. So when some new guy picks up an issue of MD or M&F and starts flipping throught it, he/she is bombarded with muscletech ads. O sweet look at all their fancy graphs and ingredients that are completly made up ingredients that sound sweet. They plaster their name everywhere so that the noob has no choice butto at least try the stuff. Its disgusting, but then again it makes them money so you cant blame them for that i guess.

Define "noob". There are people who have been taking their supplements since the 90's. Some people never learn, I guess. BTW, if anyone wants to just pay me $100 each month to build muscle and stay in shape, just PM me. No pills, no powders, just do your thing, pay me $100 each month, and the results will come.:D

What has never sat well with me is, for instance, their Hydroxycut ads. The product has been reformulated over 10x, and they still use testimonies from back when it contained ephedra to promote their product.

Really? Surely this could be seen as Mis-leading to consumers... hell, any of the sh1t they spout could be I guess :bandit:

wellsurely some people never learn but id be willing to bet at lest 80-90% of their sales come from first or second time buyers. And id also be willing to bet that they have these statistics on file somewhere
