bro, i carb cycle- only carbs are in first 2 meals. What would you suggest as an alternative to the wheat products i eat for breakfast and meal #2? Or is this little amount of fiber not a big deal?

almond milk taste better to me, we got some rice cheese for a cheat meal (dont know when that will be...it wont be too far off diet, i promise that)

I cooked a sweet potato in the microwave and then put a cooked banana on top and mashed it up like mashed potatoes. Wasnt too bad but it wasnt as strong flavored as I anticipated. Might try it again but next time a little less banana.
Is this a post or pre workout meal?
1st time trying it out and I did it post workout. Seemed to be ok. Def wont make it a regular though bc it is a lot of carbs for sure. I will upload a pic of it later before I mashed it all up. Might make it tonight since I just finished lifting.
