What's the last thing you ate??

1 cup of trail mix and 1 can of tuna roughly 2.5 hours ago. about to eat an 8 oz chicken breast and some celery.

2 eggs(ran out of eggs sob) 4oz pork, 4 slices of ham, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 pieces cheese, 2 pieces of wheat bread.....made a pretty awsome sammich. a bowl of total(almond, honey,flax) cereal. all this with a 1/5 gallon whole milk<yummy
bout to take 2 shots of some nasty ass hemp oil with some garlic pills and if i can fit anything else a small protein shake!
 
6 eggs, ham, sausage all wrapped up with some cheese and salsa. mmmm
 
bro, i carb cycle- only carbs are in first 2 meals. What would you suggest as an alternative to the wheat products i eat for breakfast and meal #2? Or is this little amount of fiber not a big deal?

eat carbs like this on non training days. on training days the pre WO and post WO meals should have carbs, instead of the 2 in the morning. i eat a lot of fruit and red potatoes. do potatoes preWO and then fruit+potatoes postworkout. fruit is glucose for liver glycogen and potatoes convert to glucose for muscle glycogen. these days i like to stay away from dextrose/maltodextrin/corn starch etc because its just not needed. the 100 GI is good for replenishing glycogen but it wont provide a larger insulin spike...and you arent going to replace all the glycogen at a super rapid rate, it will happen overnight. stay away from wheat products, the levels of gluten are through the roof plus other anti-nutrients. stick to fruits, vegetables, red potatoes for carbs. rodja also told me about basmati rice i think its called, which isnt too rough on you.
 
100g lean mince browned in coconut oil with grated cheese on top :)
 
2 1/3 lb lean angus patties chopped up with onions and green peppers, added some cheese and served it with some rice.. YUM
 
12 oz lean london broil, 1 cup of broccoli cooked in butter, 1 small red potato

8 oz chicken, 1/2 C Basmati rice (made with EVOO, garlic, coconut milk, and fish sauce), and 2C of broccoli all slathered in Sriracha sauce.
 
Lunch today:

3 whole eggs scrambled with a large chunck of leftover grilled sirloin cut up into it...topped with cheddar cheese. The rest of the grilled sirloin shredded on a whole wheat bun with hotsauce on it. Side of 1/4 head brocolli and 1/4 head cauliflower dipped in tomato/basil italian dressing. YUM!!!!

thats the thing with paleo man.. you can eat how im eating an still lean out. its a fair trade to cut all the other foods out lol...

almond milk taste better to me, we got some rice cheese for a cheat meal (dont know when that will be...it wont be too far off diet, i promise that)

but eggs... i could eat 12 a day lol i love eggs

Ya Im starting to kinda do it. Right now eating off some things that will go bad if Im not the 1 to eat them. Like I had some Kashi flax cereal this morning. And I also had some plain baked chicken and a banana. I swear I dropped 5 pounds in a day.

I have only used almond milk for protein shakes so Idk. Rice cheese? Do tell.

Eggs are the best. Can eat them any time of the day.
 
ive been lazy lately and havent bought bacon. today bfast was 6 eggs and bunch of mash from last night, its my new favorite combo! plus some DAA afterwards, wooooo that sh#t is awesome!
 
Giraffe heart, I wrestled it to the ground with my bare hands... but seriously. half cup oats made with goats milk, honey, and walnuts. 2 free range (real free range from a friend, not the ones from the grocery store) fried in butter, and an apple.
 
8oz Med rare steak, drenched in A1 sauce fist full of brown rice, steamed veggies and yogurt( Strawberry)!!!! NOMMZzzz
 
2oz egg whites, 6 oz almond milk and an over the top LG protein scoop. A cup full of blackberries.

Steak and half a sweet potato look like they r in my future.
 
I cooked a sweet potato in the microwave and then put a cooked banana on top and mashed it up like mashed potatoes. Wasnt too bad but it wasnt as strong flavored as I anticipated. Might try it again but next time a little less banana.
 
grilled pork loin with bbq sauce, handful of almonds, huge spinach salad with carrots and cauliflower and feta with a splash of lite creamy ceasar.

Afternoon snack will be a monster apple...we just got a huge bag full at the orchard yesterday. YUM!

1st time trying it out and I did it post workout. Seemed to be ok. Def wont make it a regular though bc it is a lot of carbs for sure. I will upload a pic of it later before I mashed it all up. Might make it tonight since I just finished lifting.

Just had some non-paleo spaghetti. The low carb noodes, tomato sauce, and some turkey meatballs. It wasnt filling at first but now it is starting to be. Thats a sign I ate too fast lol.

broccolli - about 2 cups cooked
spinach salad with feta
small scoop of spinach pasta


Breakfast (Pre-WO)
bowl of grapenuts with honey and milk

I'm sure its delicious. The Mexican joint down the street has a chicken burrito that contains sweet potatoes and plantines.
