got in a real nice back workout this afternoon

Rack Pulls (5 sets) 435lbs
BB Rows (5 sets) 225lbs 8 reps whoa for me
BTN NG Pulldowns (5 sets) 165lbs
Rope barn doors (5 sets) 120lbs
Standing high row (5 sets) 120lbs

Felt great, eventhough it was freezing out, I felt amazingly focused and strong.
 
This cold weather stuff sucks. Its hard for me to want to leave the house. But the Arnold does call. Looks like you had a great back workout. When are you putting up some progress pics?

I am very tired this am for some reason, however, today at 2:18 starts my holiday break till 1-5.

Awesome, mine is open Christmas day until 2pm. Not sure if the trade off of the kids will happen before that. If it does I might go. I need some major cardio.

got a slight cramp in m y back this am, however I will still go back this afternoon for some shoulders, will probably just go lighter. Since tomorrow is off, I will just go for a run outside, weather permitting.

Amazing pump. Felt like I could have kept going all day for some reason. It felt like Arnold described in pumping iron, like someone was blowing air into my arms.

tomorrow, we are doing a late hanukah at my sisters so I will be lifting in the am and running at her house in the later afternoon.

I was quite fatigued at the end, but it was a solid workout overall. Will go back this afternoon fro some cardio.

OK, just got back from chest/calves. I felt like absolute garbage driving over, real dizzy for some reason. No problem it seems, I was still ready and rearing to go.

Chest:
incline DB press (6 sets) 4 sets @ 90lbs
incline flys (5 sets) 55lbs
Wide grip incline bp (5 sets) 185lbs 10 reps (3 sets)
low cable cross overs (5 sets) 60lbs
High cross overs (5 sets) 90lbs (wow for me)

Calves:
standing calf raises (10 sets) 210lbs
Seated calf raises (5 sets) 2 45's each side

I supersetted the calf raises the last 5 sets of standing with the 5 seated.

Crazy pump and vasculairty. Could see the veins in my left shoulder.

did not have as much energy as yesterday. I think with my schedule change for being off from work for the week, I am over sleeping. Gotta watch that.
 
I worked out, got home, and have been sick ever since. It seems that I caught the bug that my sisters family had, and I have not know which end to put on the toilet. ROugh afternoon and evening.

However, I did work arms and acalves even feeling crappy. Obviously if I still feel bad tomorrow I will be taking the day off

Do you have the ingredients to make that salt dough at home? If so you could take it and let her make it and use cookie cutters or whatever and bake ornaments. Then let her color them with markers.

I say miss a day..I went yesterday and trained until I threw up. Yuck, made for a miserable night. Rest so you feel better!!
 
I am going to, eventhough she wants to go, which is too funny. She just told me she will lift the weights for me.

I did the same yesterday. Trained, picked her up, came home and slept and puked. Horrible night.

just returned from the gym and feel pretty good after a day off. The only issue I had today was that my headphones crapped out so it will be off to kmart shortly for new ones.
