What supplement gave you noticible results?

So thought I'd put a positive spin on this, we all say which sups did nothing, but let's praise what does work and tell us what happened...

(Be legit too, don't say I took a pre work out and got a ton of energy and added 5lbs to my lifts...)

m1db helped to add mass where i was struggling, also helped keep fat gain down
 
Bulk 5% cissus from any source keeps me in less pain. Creatine mono is still one of the kings for strength inhancemant. Super Size seems to have a legit pump thats anabolic. DAA and macuna pruriens seem to legitamately boost test. ADAM makes me feel like Im absorbing my nutrients!

Hemavol , erase , anabeta , creatine and most pre workouts although some are a lot better then others.

I didnt notice anything from my 1 run with DAA, dont notice much from creatine since the first time i used it, and agmatine wasnt worth writing home about either although i do like it for the pumps.
 
I really liked my run with the Athletix Stack plus ErasePro, next I plan on trying Formula-X/Division 1/Licogenix stack.

I love SuperCissus and bulk P-Slin. For pre-workouts I enjoyed Jack3d and Flashover, I tried C4 today and it was good, next on my list is Maximize Intense and Craze.

Carboxy is the bomb too!

Legit pumps.... Look full in the gym while I'm sipping storm creatine....
 
Na-R-Ala, agmatine, DAA, NMDA (Intimidate), and cissus were probably all the ones that I noticed the most from given all other factors were the same when I started using each one
 
Super Cissus: serious joint relief
Gut Health: solid poop/less farts
Craze: great focus which lead to better workouts

Compound20/Erase Pro: currently using both for the first time and have gained a couple lbs while losing a little fat.

Macuna (1-Carboxy...) for many reasons.
Kaotic preworkout.
Karolyn for Pre carb load and intra.
Bulk BCAA (duh!!)

I'll bite.

Stimmed pre workouts - duh
Creatine Nitrate - dem nitrates, dem pumps, dat endurance
Gut Health - farted less, pooped better
Several stimmed fat burners have provided appetite suppression.
Testabolan v2 has had an undeniable effect on libido/sex quality
Several supps (Slin-Sane, WB2, NMDA, Elixair) have offered sleep enhancement

Nothing else off the top of my head. There are other things I use, but are not necessarily placebo-proof.
 
Been off beta alanine for a few weeks and noticing a marked decrease in my endurance. Back on I go!

Two things you should take away from this:

-Beta-alanine supplementation will affect some users considerably more than others.
-The "washout" period for carnosine is on the order of months, not weeks.

Well by weeks I mean around 6 of no beta alanine. And even before then I was only using it at 2 - 3 grams on workout days for a month or two. So I would say I am at the point where I am not noticing something insignificant.
 
I have used so many supplements that didn't work for me including erase pro daa lean xtreme activate xtreme and triazole ..

All them ones I chose because people here and everywhere back them I'm not saying they don't work I just didn't respond to them.

The only supplements that have worked for me is gold standard whey protien and creatine nitrate by aps

The creatine nitrate gave me great pumps and recovery :).

I've used many creatines and didn't respond to creatine nitrate I did :)

But that's just me.

If you did not respond to those natural hormone boosting supplements (the AI's or DAA), all I can say is your hormone production must already be maxed out.
 
Long ago it was creatine and to this day I still respond very well to it. The last three years ive been pleasantly suprised when venturing out and trying some of the more exotic type supplements. Normally I just stick to really basic supps/ingrediants, but occasionaly try something new. Out of all the new things ive tried and im iffy on buying again, it would be ecdysterone.

So basically if im still buying and using something, than it's working good enough ; ) Here's a list of companies that i'll continue to use their products-

Obviously Primordial Perforance. Not just because im a rep, I genuinly love their supplements.
Usp labs. Prime and Powerfull! Everything else from Usp labs that ive tried rocks as well. Compound 20 is impressing me right now.
PES. Anabeta, Alpha-T2 and now Erase Pro. Looking forward to my next Anabeta run : )
 
As I'm currently surviving on pills and powders, I'll offer up a few staples.

PreWO - Jack3d, White Flood - J3d when I need a bit more of a push, WF when I don't. Great endurance and energy from both.
Stims - Clear Shot, AMP, Dexaprine - Love the CS. Endless stacking and dosing options. I prefer the flexibility offered by liquids or powders. Currently enjoying my first doses of Dexaprine. Even as a stim vet, started with half a tab. Still felt a bit groggy, so an hour later took the other half...TOO MUCH!! This stim does not disappoint!
Protein, Aminos - Trutein CinnaBun - half my daily protein intake! Great flavor and macros. Throw in some mac nut oil for some healthy fats. On the amino front, Powershock is great for pre and intra use. Chained Out appletini first thing in the morning, during cardio, any other times when I feel like it!
 
most of pre workouts give a lot of energy and strenght, but especialy shotgun and nano vapor, d-drol gave me 8lbs, but I was 180lbs at the time
 
SuperCissus, love the stuff. LeanXtreme, everytime I add a bottle to my supplementation I have to buy smaller pants. FocusXT, makes my 10+ mile runs a joy. Powerfull, best recovery sleep ever and great before bedroom action as well. OEP, energy up, appetite under control with no crash and doesn't keep me up past my bedtime.

Those are just some. Of couse beta alanine, cit malate, creatine etc. Oh, can't forget ibuprofen, wonder supp! :)

Erase Pro has been the best thing I've tried in awhile. Dried me out within 5 days or so and drive the libido into hyperdrive. For fatloss, DCP is still the best overall thing I've used with HEAT and Shift being close. Herbs that I like to use rhodiola rosea and coleus forskohlii.
 
I forgot beta alanine. Honestly, fish oil is pbly one of my favorates. In highschool, I was pretty much on a zero Omega 3 diet when I started megadosing fis oil. Put a damn inch on each arm!

Glutamine, which doesnt do much for the muscles, seems to help me be healthy when Im run down to the point of getting sick more.

IFG-2 did what it was supposed too! But I would put it ahead of staples.
 
activate xtreme and triazole. hands down best supplements ive used yet. strength, leanness, dryness, libido boost, alpha male attitude, everything.

For me protein powder is only supplement which gives me best result. I take protein shake in the morning.It's very effective.

1g plcar (.5 taken pre work out)
2g lclt
3G dicreatine malate
3.2+ g of BA (BA gets better with continual use IMO)

When I was using iForce V2 preworkout and a homemade mass gainer which consisted of: oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate gold standard whey protein, unflavored protein and ice and milk. I did this for a month which is how long the V2 lasted and I added 5 pounds to my weight and I added 10 pounds to my bench and 20 pounds to my squat. My deadlift also jumped up 30 pounds!
 
Erase Pro and, although this is usually a hot topic, Rebuilt Mass weight gainer.
I usually have a hard time eating in the morning and the weight gainer solved a problem for me.
Erase Pro pushed me through a few plateaus from an aesthetic and strength point of view.
 
Erase - noticeably dried me out. Harder, denser muscles. More defined midsection.

Craze - instensied my workouts and has thus changed my physique in an amazing way.

Bioforge V3/Triazole - Amazing recovery and strength increases.

Anabeta Elite - Been on this for about 3 weeks so far but its becoming one of my fav supps. All day vascularity, increased hunger, increased strength.

SuperCissus Rx - Speaks for itself. Staple in my supplement stash.
