What should i start with?

I havnt tried any lg sciences products yet, just usp labs. But ive heard their products come with great results. Im only 18 so i don't want to screw any levals up too bad. Does anyone have a good recomendation on a stack i could begin on? thanks.
 
M1D and MMV3 are mild PHs so you are too young. Stick with the basics: protein, creatine. I am not sure if you can take Anadraulic State as a preworkout/creatine supp, I love it. I have read great reviews on LG Lipotropic Protein.

At your age keep it simple and focus on diet and training routine.
 
BC+EAA, Slin and Lipotropic Protein would be a great starting place to add some mass coupled with a high caloric diet and intense training.

Those are three supps I can feel good about recommending to an 18 yr old who wants great results with no side effects!

Agree^^, to be honest, theres no reason to play with your test/hormonal levels at your age. your sitting at the most prime time right now to make bigger gains then most of us older guys..

neither of those are hormonal so you are fine. Still, at your age being in your prime TEST producing yrs keep the supps to a minimum and save your money for food. A pre-workout supp is good to get you going but rely on your natural hormones to do their job now and establish a solid muscle base. When you are older and NEED some assistance then look at test boosters and such. For now stick with creatine, protein, bcaa, fish oils, and a multivitamin.

Nah, man, you're fine. At 18, don't mess with the hormones (Trifecta, M1D, MMV3, etc). I wouldn't even recommend T-911 yet.

BC+EAA, Chocolate Lipotropic Protein, maybe some E-911 or Anadraulic state pre-workout and you'd be set.

at 18 youll make huge gains using 2-4 scoops of lipotropic a day, bc+eaa during your workouts and slin before your largest meals of the day!

A lot of size can be added with great nutrition.

Postal is damn good man! I used that for a month pre Christmas and recovery was insane! That and GHenerate is damn good for a DOM free life!

Leucine + Protein Hydrolysate + fast carbs = everything research recommends and that I have found to help while lifting. Elevated insulin and mTor means cortisol stays low and protein synthesis stays high. Hydrolysates and Leucine mean they'll hit the bloodstream pretty much immediately and the carbs provide ample energy.

It's fine for being used exclusively Post-workout too, but I feel it would be best implemented intra-workout and finished after the workout is done.

Sometimes I switch up my carb intake.. depends what im doing, Once i started consuming perfect carb intra, with 1-2 servings bc+eaa's, work outs went through the roof, Im going to have to try it intra, but i'll be cutting down soon, and probably use it post and bridge myself to a meal or shake which ever comes first..
