What is still good for Cortisol Control

What is out there anymore that is effective? LeanXtreme is removing 7-OH, and EndoAmp was my past choice and that is gone. Anything new, better?

Reduce XT is a good alternative.

I believe Erase also has cortisol control properties (among the other benefits).

The amount of 7-DHEA is not enough to control cortisol in Erase, as an AI it's fantastic though.

Like mentioned, for cortisol control Reduce-XT and I would add also Ergogenix Ergobolic, they work through different pathways but both are magnificent for cortisol control.

Alpha GPC, Phosphatidylserine and Phosphatidylcholine can be purchased individually as powder or capped if you really liked the PP product. The final price will probably work out to being comparable to what you were spending on EndoAmp Max.

^^solid advice. Erase is a nice product but I would grab it for its other benefits with a nice side of possibly helping cortisol, not as a product if you are solely looking for cortisol control.

For straight cortisol control Reduce-XT would be probably best, and Ergobolic is a nice choice as well.

Reduce XT and LX have worked pretty well for me.

I see the new version of LX as more of a fat burner, I might try it out though...on the meantime 7-OH will still be my cort control. That and Ergobolic (man do I sleep good with that thing!)

Was speaking in terms of the old formula.

This is what I do too. Works awesome.

How you dose it time wise.
When I start it again I will do
1 first thing, 1 post w/o, 1 pre lunch, 1 pre bed

I have always been a fan of using cortisol blockers that avoid cortisol spikes, not that lower it below normal. That is why the B. diffusa in Erase Pro is so fascinating to me...it has effects directly on the estrogen receptor and reducing cortisol spikes

Reduce xt!
