what is everones favorite supplement

I am curious what supplement has worked best for you, what you have seen relatively dramatic gains with, at least as supplements go. Excluding prohormones and prosteroids. I just figured this might be useful for some people, including myself, as i don't like to take a ton of things.
 
nothing really has "wow'd" me like ph's but really I would imagine most people would vote nitric oxide pre- workout sups just because how noticeable and quick they work to see and feel their effects

I feel the same way, i have had pretty good success with a preworkout creatine/NO products. White Flood/Green Mag and JP8/Ether have worked pretty well. I have not tried alot of the other stuff though that seems to be popular.

love stacking AP with M-stack... a lot of people dont like M-stack but if you eat enough on it you will defnitely gain some solid strength and stacked with the AP also stay pretty lean.
 
I tend to prefer the basics, so mine would either be a BCAA/Glut mix like Xtend or a Creatine/B-alanine combo like Cell Rush.

Food is not a supplement, you are taking supplements to take place of nutrients you dont get from food..........

why would you WANT to say steak? that is not a supplement... and people are aware of the fact that they need to eat a lot of protein... that doesn't even take research to know... but when they ask for the general concensus on supplements they want to know what supp has worked for you not that you like steak...

As you can see i added a list of non-protein supplements and then i also added in my favorite protein supplements for sh*ts and giggles, because they have really helped me on low calorie days.

And yes, i know it is more then common information to mention a high protein diet is essential for lifting especially for the educated populace found here on AM. Cool?

Its just that i get sick of hearing that "food is the best anabolic" BS, not saying that it is not the key to success along with training... but it is thrown in peoples faces too often on the SUPPLEMENT forum and just wears me the F out lol sorry bout that... i've been in a pissy mood all day... dammed period... haha jk

Well it supplements my diet, my routines, my other supplements, and it by ingestion modifies my biological makeup. Sounds like a supplement to me :)

Probably not that far from the truth... Ignorance is a terrible thing... but when coupled with no desire to learn it really gets bad
 
Have not tried to many pre-work outs, but super-pump 250 is the best I have had so far. I think I have built up an immunity to it though. One scoop used to be enough, now two is what is required for best effects (awesome pump, great focus). This has happened before, I just take time off from it, a few weeks to a month. at about $40-50. the break helps my pocket too.

I had heard good things about NO-Shotgun, but I went through a whole can and had no notable reactions what so ever.

Still open to try other stuff if I hear good things about it.
 
Axis Labs HyperTEST is probably my favorite overall supplement.

USP Labs PowerFULL has also been a very high favorite supplement of mine.
 
Im gonna go with Whey.. cause i don't take anything else cept Multi Vitamin... and fish oil... which is not my favorite. At all

To try to add value to my post, minus phera plex, Dark Matter is my favorite supplement combination.
 
I just reread the original posters first thread post and I now realize that I completely missed his intent on excluding prohormones and prosteroids. I apologize for that, and thus change my answer to either dark matter or bulk leucine.

Fair enough...dark matter is one I gotta try myself...too bad its fckn 89.99 in Canada. and yes the internet is cheaper...factor in shipping...and exchange...it aint worth waiting for.
