What is a good pre to take late day?

I have to change my routine and start working out later in the day (6-7pm) what is a good pre workout sup that wont keep me up all night? NO 1,3 either!
 
LITup and White Flood have very smooth energy. You could also go stim-free with something like Hemavol powder, pump-bol, or Ultima for a great workout without the stims. When I workout later in the day, I tend to stay stim-free or low stim like WF and Litup
 
Agreed. WF has enough stims to carry me through my workout and get home, then its effects don't really keep me wired any longer. This is dose dependent of course (if I took more than recommended it would.) It's meant to be non-jittery, clean energy, as Ajerone stated above. Plus we reformulated it, and reformulated the flavors, so it tastes great and gives even better pumps & gains than before
 
Great, Thank you very much for the suggestions. I will look into all of them especially the reformulated WF. I am yet to try the new WF and have been reading some good things.
 
Premax as bigblackguy mentioned is stim free yet provides decent focus and drive and it wont keep you up at night.
 
You could always go with NO Synthesize. It has all the great properties of a pre, minus the stims. You could also try out a good BCAA with some extra Beta Alanine and Micronized Creatine. Fairly cheap as well!

Agreed products like lit up are so smooth in the energy department that it is one of the few that I can take late in the day (after 6:00) and still sleep at night. It's really in a league of it's own win it comes to that it's almost hard to describe because it's not typical energy it's more of a super focus or in the zone. That's the best way I can explain it in words.

Nope, it has caffeine and a really nice complimentary energy complex but like I had said the energy is very smooth and not cracked out, I can still sleep after a late-ish workout with 1-2 scoops, but I do have a very high caffeine tolerance.

Sexy list, I was reading about Protocol earlier and seems that it's really a post WO sup but some choose to take it pre? Also NP has a special right now; Protocol and Slin sane stack! hmmmm
