Never got into that stuff for lifting, guess i need something angry so i can get angry at the weights haha.
I forgot to mention when doing cardio, techno is where its at. As weird as it sounds, its actually fun for cardio.
I don't think its weird, just not for me. I get strange looks in my gym for what i listen to haha.

I mostly listen to drum n bass, heavy dirty upfront electro (Boys Noize, Proxy,etc) and dubstep. All about the bass
hell, I wish I could do that....I think I will start learning that dance lo!
I recently got introduced to ICP..... Surprisingly I am loving this music, the Joker Cards aren't bad. I understand their mentality lol
