I add in more HIIT training and might increase my thermogenics (Dexaprine + TT-33) or switch or come off. Also have gone to eating just swai and asparagus for 2-4 weeks straight to help. There are a lot of tricks.

good info...something as simple as tt33, a bit extra hiit.......drink plenty of water and take a hot epsom salt bath, the results from that might be short lived but it could help rid excess bloat and detoxify minimally to help
