umm, it's not necessary, some do some don't i rest in the middle and take a natty test booster at a low dose, theres plenty of OTC products that work for me. i suggest going to your Walgreen's or cvs and just reading the labels. you want something with maca, trib, horny goat weed, yombine,,,things like that in it.
